They pretty much don't need no improvement the CVS I got near my house is close convenient and respectful employees I've never had a problem with my medication s and other purchases.

Visited for my yearly flu shot and they were great. Checked in quickly, confirmed my info and sent me over to the nurse. They were pleasant and cheerful, even gave me a coupon for my next visit. Store was clean with good parking. One note, if you are coming from the south, you can pass the building, make a left directly after it and enter from the rear of the building (you will see a sign for the drive through).

After reading all the bad reviews I almost went somewhere else, but I’m glad I didn’t. Today was my first time to the pharmacy and I was very pleased! They were very friendly and helpful, especially Abby! I will definitely be going back!

Front store goes above and beyond to help anyone. The pharmacy staff just got a brand new manager and new staff pharmacist. For fast service go inside between 9am-4pm because they covid test but now ALL stores COVID TEST. Cvs, rite aide and walgreens are all testing thru the drive thru. All they can do is apologize so just go inside instead it saves you and them.

Best CVS! Customer service is excellent!

They are much nicer and faster at this one then the one in red lion.

My go to for prescriptions and knick knacks. Friendly helpful staff

I've ended up in the hospital when insurance plays around with asthma medication brands and CVS will not work with my doctor to make sure I can breathe. Last month I didn't get my advair because it's on back order, so my doctor is working on getting it elsewhere for me. But there are other brands, so my doctor has urged me to find a different pharmacy that knows breathing is important and will do what needs to be done to ensure I continue doing so. She said it's common for a pharmacist to have to contact the doctor office and work on a solution, but they've never once contacted my doctor. I once went three months without asthma meds and ended up in the emergency room with an asthma attack thanks to this

Today, every single employee of the pharmacy called out, so I wasted $20 each way in an Uber to come home without meds. I'm on a fixed income and in heart failure, and that's a HUGE loss to me. In the end, it will cost me $80 just to get my meds, so I have to adjust my grocery list and skip a meal daily for the next two weeks to afford it. I'm also in the habit of skipping days of meds because this is far from the first time I can't get my meds when they're supposed to be there.

If anyone reading this can suggest a good pharmacy, please let me know. I've given over a decade of chances to CVS and just no Oliver have the patience for it

I usually don’t have many issues here if I walk in. On the phone, that’s a different story. I’ve been coming to this place for a long time and I guess they hired a pharmacy tech/cashier who is unbelievably rude and lacking empathy ! I love most of the women who work in the pharmacy. But this guy has got to go !!!!!!

If it wasn’t for the fact this CVS was around the corner from my house, I’d go somewhere else. The pharmacy staff are rude and by that I mean bad attitudes and snid comments to customers. Sorry you’re short staffed but don’t take it out on the customers coming in for their medicine.
Also what’s the point of CVS having a lottery machine if you can’t even redeem the money you won there? so now anyone who wants to get their winnings has to drive across town to get their money.
