If you hit the store on the day of their new delivery it's like being in a gold mine. I've walked out with six tops that were perfect. It made my day.

5 stars because of Jeanette! What a kind soul she is. And super helpful. Honestly made my night when she helped me with the Amazon locker. Wish there were more customer service reps like her. It truly makes a difference.

I had the best experience shopping today because the fitting room attendant - Sabrina (if I'm not mistaken) was very attentive and helpful. I had a whole cart full of clothes to try on, which I imagined would be overwhelming considering how late it was already. I used to work retail and I was very impressed by her kindness and wonderful attitude towards everyone. If there is any kind of employee incentive or appreciation, she deserves it without a doubt.

This is the greatest Ross store in the planet! Designer clothes that I love at amazing prices. Its clean and big. Restroom for customers- Ross at Howe take a lesson.

As of May 16th there's a lot of inventory! Home goods stocked up. A lot of dresses, clothes, shoes

Great store. Always have good deals. New inventory all the time also. Makes you want to keep going back.

Another fav place, great prices, especially on outdoor decor. But if you are looking for clothing and kids things they have it. On a budget, Everything from kitchen wares to home decor. Seek and you shall find unless someone else beat you to it.

This location is pretty much the same as others. Good quality of products with great prices. 10% discount on Tuesdays for seniors. All staff is very friendly and courteous greeting you upon arrival and when you leave.

Always have tons of clothes but sometimes the quality is not that great but the prices are very cheap

The employees are nice and polite. And are working fast to have us customers in and out at a good amount of speed. And counting the customers that come in and out. Still being safe during this pandemic.

Good customer Service as usual, but the men winter collection is not that much. Fitting rooms are closed due COVID-19, so you have to try your clothes in home and later you can return them.

I love Ross. I buy all my girlfriends clothes there for the low. Just make sure you put it in a Norstoms rack bag

First time shopping at this store. Wasn't too bad. They could have used another cashier but the store was clean and staff were friendly. 😊👍

Lots of holiday items available at reasonable prices. Was there early, 9:30am and store was open, organized and not crowded.

Don't really remember which one that was if it was the one where I took something back or the one I bought my grandson's jacket at but I love Ross great store in a take back stuff with no problem which they should since you can't try on clothes anymore

I always have so much fun in bras with my stepson JJ he always look at the toys and the shoes and the women's dresses the staff is always nice there they're always polite and helpful the store is clean and the security guard is an extra sweet.

Bought some fine shoes and a t-shirt
