If you ever feel like you're not being helped on, find someone and ask for help. Sometimes they are busy doing other work and don't know that you need help. They are happy to help.

Love to support the small guy. They dont have the variety of a Home Depot or Menards but the friendliness if their workers and small-town feel make up for it in the long run.

I have gone in there many, many times,and I cannot remember not finding what I need. Awesome selection of hardware! A shade pricey for some of the stainless and chrome stuff but nothing exorbitant. Point is Rylee's ALWAYS has what I need for all my projects. Topped off by a friendly, helpful staff, they're top shelf!!

Always a friendly helpful staff who is knowledgeable about what they carry and is very honest about keeping you with the best products for your dollar. Also has propane filling on site and literally saved dinner.

I come here with my dad all the time, everyone is INCREDIBLY friendly and infinitely helpful. From the moment you walk into the door, to the paint guys, to the counter. We have been working a local job and stop in almost every other day. The worker Clayton always recognizes us, is incredibly helpful, willing to drop whatever he's doing to make sure we're taken care of, and always has a smile on his face! He seriously goes above and beyond!

Excellent customer service! Walked in looking for a part needed and within seconds a young man asked what I was looking for. A minute later, I had my part and the young lady working the register rang me up and was very nice telling me to have a great day. It literally took less than 5 minutes! Recommended

Very organized and the staff is extremely helpful. You can find almost anything here. Lots of things for the whole family. The prices are very reasonable.

You pay for the service here. Pricier than bigger box stores but worth it if you need that one special part. They always go out of their way to help you. Super clean and organized for the size of the store they have everything they could possibly fit there. I should also mention that although pricier everything seems higher quality as well. We all know you get what you pay for. So imho definitely worth it in certain applications.

Always friendly staff and a part of the Walker community for decades. The go-to place for different nuts/bolts/washers and misc. hardware not easily found anywhere else. The rewards app is nice too, regularly sends out notices on great sales and deals.

Came in today for a craft project. Actually wanted to look around. Needed stuff from 3 different isles. Had 3 different associates ask me if I needed help. Ace always has plenty of helpful and knowledgeable associates unlike the box stores.
