The staff in this store are so young, and sweet. It's almost unusual to meet young folks that aren't grumpy or just have a BLAH attitude. Makes coming here pleasurable

Shout out to Quentin in the Sephora section 🙏 This guy is patient, kind, helpful, and so funny I guarantee you'll leave with a smile on your face. This location is great, and all the better with him around!! :)

Savannah from Sephora is so knowledgeable and helpful! I had a great time shopping with her and will now make this Sephora my new designated beauty store. If you go to Sephora ask for savannah! The rest of the staff was also very nice.

Fantastic place for Amazon returns. None of the employees were secret agents spying on me (that I know of). It's much nicer than USPS or FedEx and the atmosphere is great. I believe thier is a time gateway at this location, however I have yet to locate it. The employees pretend it doesn't exist when I ask about it and look at me with a mix of concern and intrigue. Outside of that, they are respectful and helpful. The location is also well organized.

My Husband and I Enjoyed Our Shopping Visit from the Minute we walked in the Store, till we left...Everyone was Friendly right down to the Manager David who was Delightful to Interact with..I had a Question with 2 clearance items and he explained everything and took care of it for me..He is Perfect as a Manager..That was My First time at that Store and Because of the Friendliness and Experience we may make the Wallingford Store our Store from now on..

Steph of the Sephora department showed great professionalism in dealing with customers and very knowledgable of the products sold in her department, she's very patient, caring offers the best product for your beauty needs

I always enjoy my experience at Kohl's. Everyone is so friendly here. In some calls you have to look around to find someone to help you. Not at this one. You actively see people doing what they do and if you have a question you can ask and they are more than happy to help you. I understand lines get long there's nothing that can be done about that but at this particular Kohl's, I didn't wait in line. Any of the times I was there and if there were a few people ahead of me it went really quickly.

The store is stocked. The clothes are hung by size and folded correctly on the display tables. They're home goods department has beautiful things and everyone so pleasant.

The store is always friendly to shop in. I can usually find things I want I’m not crazy about all the styles this year but I work with the best of it. I find it very pleasant store.

If you have a Kohl’s card you can get pretty good discounts. Nice selection of clothing although you cannot get a complete man’s suit. Nice pants and jackets.

I like going to Kohls for a few reasons 1 I can do an Amazon return 2. They have good pieces on the 70% off racks and they have a very clean rest room. Also I have a Kohls credit card so If I really want something I can't afford I can just pay it off monthly.

I love the store & their sales price!! Usually some of their employees are very nice & professionally polite but today the cashier that attended me she have a attitude & trying to ring you out faster specially when I told her that I'm not charging in my credit card!! Her line is not even busy only 2 people!!

Lots of staff here to help you. And all with a smile. This Kohl’s has to be among the best in the whole company. It’s a pleasure to shop here.

Good prices, alot of customer service available, friendly ppl, and great sales going on. Quality of items are also very good. We've been 3 times in 4 weeks, when the line gets long, they put extra cashier's on which is cool. Very accommodating and clean, following pandemic regulations. Feel safe shopping there.
