The UPS Store

I stopped by the UPS store to buy stamps & there were none in the drawer & the associate went in the back room to check with his manager, Kathy. I heard Kathy on the phone & the associate said she would be with me shortly! A few minutes later Kathy came out & sold me a roll of stamps. She mentioned this was a good time to buy them as the price is increasing at the end of January. I thanked her for telling me about the price increase.

The staff in this UPS store, particularly Albert, are amazing. Rarely have I see staff in any industry take such an interest in their customers satisfaction. I've seen it repeatedly, so I just had to leave a review.

I am a senior citizen and sometimes can get overwhelmed with what I need to do. Agents are always so helpful and make sure my needs are met. They always treat me with respect and never rush me 💕

By far the most friendly, efficient and supportive UPS store I’ve ever been to. I sincerely go out of my way to return Amazon purchases at this branch.

I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention that I had dropped off a USPS Package to this UPS Store (not the same service/provider). I went to follow up on Monday, as I had realized my mistake, and was informed, they caught my mistake and got it to USPS for me! My package ended up being delivered on time to its destination because of their acts of integrity and customer service excellence!

This location has restored faith in shipping! I've had too many experiences of "Lost" or "Damaged" shipments with USPS and FedEx but didn't get to choose the shipping provider with this package. I appreciate their integrity upheld here with this staff and will start using this location more and more because of it!

I’ve had a mailbox at this UPS Store for many years now. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even offering help out with packages. I notice some complaints about lines but it’s nothing compared to the post office lines and lack of parking. Gig Harbor has grown tremendously, so traffic is going to increase. In many years I have had maybe 3 pieces of mail that weren’t mine. The only improvement I could ask for would be a larger store (which poses problems for mailbox clients with change of address, and of course, means higher rent) and notary service, which realistically could take a lot of time with many signatures and hold up other customers. Overall, great job.

I don't write many reviews but I couldn't let my recent positive experience with Brandon go unrecognized! I had a rather complicated art project that needed to be printed, sized, and cut for a school auction. I went into the store during a busy time yet Brandon took his time evaluating my objectives and making numerous suggestions for an optimal result, all with an eye toward keeping costs down, which was a goal of mine! I greatly appreciated his level of knowledge and attention to detail, and can't thank him enough for simplifying the process for me! I also want to give props to the other Brandon (another employee) who very quickly and politely handled the long line that had formed while I was in the store. This was definitely a 5-star experience for me!

This UPS store is awesome in general and especially fantastic for shipping fine art! The staff is knowledgeable about packing art and they go the extra mile to make sure your artwork will arrive safely! Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this UPS store for anyone considering shipping artwork.

This UPS store is absolutely fantastic. They have always gotten my packages where they need to go and on time. Their wrapping capabilities are great. Everything always gets there in one piece. Can't say enough good about them. I have been using them for years.

I ship regularly with them. They remember my name and provide great customer service. Sometimes they're busy and I might have to stand in line, but the accuracy is super important when you're talking about getting a time sensitive package to someone for a holiday or event. I'm so glad they're in Gig Harbor. Prior to them being here I had to drive to Bremerton or Fife. Thank you!

I went to the other UPS store in Gig Harbor for construction drawings and was charged almost 3 times the price…
This store has always been helpful, kind, and expedited getting copies completed for me.
Lesson learned….I won’t go to that other place again

Been here a couple of times lately for the dreaded "Amazon returns" and they have done a great job processing everything quickly and in a friendly manner; can't be easy having to handle all of those returns!!
