Fred Meyer

This is a big store, full of stuff. Food stuff, home stuff, garden stuff, electronic stuff, toy stuff, clothing stuff, tool stuff. Most anything you need is here, and if you need help finding your stuff, just ask someone with an apron and a name tag, they're instructed to either take you to it or find someone who can. And they're happy to do it. I work there, so I know. Come get your stuff. ^_^

This was my first time shopping at Fred Meyer and I enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed the lady who checked us out. She was very nice and helpful!

Beautiful produce department. I was visiting Portland and went in to get a few items. Was impressed by the huge selection of cheese deli items. The bakery had gorgeous desserts and wonderful crusty breads. I was happily surprised to find I could buy some warm clothes and gloves at this location. The weather was unseasonably cold when we visited. The staff was helpful in getting a discount card at set check out. Highly recommended this location.

I love this store! The floral section is the reason I come in weekly, I buy my groceries while I am there, but I come specifically for the flowers. The florists are all really nice, and make some wonderful arrangements. There are also plenty of choices to make your own. I buy all my groceries there, and most of the basic household items because it’s easy and the selections are nice.

I have shopped at Fred Meyer for years. The service and selection have always been excellent.

Great customer services and store coupons most of the time. Shelf for price reduced groceries, etc.

We live in Portland but prefer the atmosphere of this Fred Meyer.

Nice site. Different layout from others, if they are going to have individual drugstore sectional check outs, then have a better conveyor table and bagging area for those items.

Nice department store with a big variety of item for the home. Usually spend most of my time in grocery section. Excellent fresh produce and meat.

Ran in real quick to buy a Christmas card for my grandson.

Happy to have found bike accessories here. I don't have to go to a bike shop for that.

This is my favorite Fred Meyer in all of Portland. It is always clean, I feel comfortable walking into the store, staff is friendly and willing to help, usually always have the baby formula I buy and they are very prompt when responding to the baby formula summons

Prices are getting too high but not the stores fault.

Produce is always great and workers are friendly. Ernest is our favorite employee and we make sure to go to his line every Sunday. Clean and well stocked store. Only thing that could improve is the long pharmacy lines.

This is a five star rating for Chrystal in Customer Service...in a couple of nights ago, had to go to the service counter. Yes, as always, there was a line and she was the only one working that dept. at the time. She handled it like a CHAMP! I have read a so many of the reviews here, LOTS of one stars because of perceived lack of service. My two cents, practice random acts of PATIENCE! These are people just like you and me, probably not working their dream job, but WORKING never-the-less and trying their damndest to do a good job and not lose their cool under, at times, heavy pressure and scrutiny. I have witnessed first hand, many times, the rudeness customers pass on to the clerks here. Unbelievable and so unnecessary...be kind, you only get what you give. Personally, I have only experienced great service and genuine smiles. Perhaps because I ask with genuine interest "how's your day going?" and I say please and thank you and I SMILE! Thanks and have a beautiful day, spread some cheer!

Sushi is good for a grocery store

I had an excellent experience shopping here at the Johnson Creek location. The associate in the home/garden center asked if I needed any assistance within moments of looking around. The store vibe was great and the further customer service I recieved from Loretta made me want to shop there. Great deals all around the store. Social distancing was observed yet it didn't hinder on the service I recieved. I even went back later in the evening to see if it was a fluke as I also recieved excellent customer service. My day tally of approx. $700.00 was well spent as I felt good on saving 50% plus on my purchases. Way to win a customer and make shopping what it should be!
