Great spot. All kinds of services. Compostable to a staples business center. You can rent computer time, print, and even email labels for a small fee. They sell greeting cards, po boxes, packaging supplies. I went to return my frontier equipment (router, wires, etc...) easy process, giant need to package anything, just brought it in, they scanned code on my phone, handed me receipt and I was done.

Had exceptional service from Lawrence here. Very knowledgeable and helpful for shipping out a large package. Not my usual store close to me but the friendliness of the staff was a cut above.

I've been here quite a few times. Granted it's only been with Amazon returns, boxed & unboxed. This location has always been quick & painless. They scan & hand me a receipt. Easy in & out. Amazon gets my returns in a timely fashion. I get my refund. The short young man behind the counter is always friendly.

Convenient location. Store is tidy, and seems well managed. Sometimes busy, with a couple of minutes wait, but at time that I went (mid-morning) I walked right up to counter and was done in about half a minute. Manager and assistants are competent and courteous. It's everything you would expect from UPS.

Employee is efficient. He was courteous to help me with my app. Knowledgeable about packing my items so as not to be crushed

My dude was working on a Saturday afternoon alone with a line out the door and he was cool, calm and collected. Kept things moving and answered everyone’s question well. A+ job

I visited the Hamden store to get help printing a label from my phone. I am very technically challenged, don’t have a printer etc. I was helped by Deshawn (spelling). What a great customer service experience. He was so polite, knowledgeable, helpful and happy to help. A lovely young man. You are lucky to have him working for you.

The customer service center ent out of their way to accomodate me. They are very professional and take the business of making you happy seriously. The agents are always well spoken&do their best to resolve your issue immediately, including calling the truck that has your delivery while you're on the phone. So if you didnt get a delivery or need a package pick up, or whatever your issue, they are intent on resolving your issue as fast as possible.

I have been shipping sensitive research data from this location for the past few months and I can't say enough great things about the staff!

They go above and beyond, and the ease in which they process all shipping needs is beyond expectations.

I highly recommend them and appreciate all the help that Ethan has given!

It pays to check out the various services of the UPS Store. Recently, I needed a document notarized and found this service easily and quickly available at the UPS Store. A while back I had them pack and ship an expensive framed print and the recipient of my gift was impressed with all the care that had gone into it.

Many times I’ve had bad experiences with UPS - long lines, rude staff, etc. but this place was great. The woman who assisted me was so kind and helpful. The process was extremely speedy which was fantastic. Definitely going to be my regular UPS store

It has been nothing short of a pleasure working with Larry, Ethan and the entire staff for the better part of the last 10 years. They treat me like family and I know from first hand experience that is a direct result of how Larry trains his associates. I recommend this facility highly!!

I had a very hard time last week trying to print a return label. I went to this UPS store , the young gentleman was so extremely helpful that he just took over everything for me and finally on his computer got the label printed ; and my package was mailed back , very very intelligent professional smart young fella this person is thank You.
