AT&T Store

Firstly, both of the salespersons were great. We were welcomed and informed of how long the wait would take, which allowed us to know that we were seen. They were very pleasant; Mehkai, was the person that addressed our needs, but between them both, we really did not mind whom we received because they both had a professional warmth! Mehkai was thorough, patient regarding all our questionings, and informative. When we entered the store I observed the interaction both reps had with other customers and found that we experienced the same exact treatment with different circumstances; I felt like we were all that mattered at that time... not just for a sale, although important, but because we were there, and you can see and feel that they enjoy what they do. Hubby and I both felt this ... I can't explain better than that. Thank you for hiring these individuals!

Had a great experience getting new phones at ATT in Hamden, CT. Andrew and Christopher did a wonderful job helping us.

I deleted my new phone and sim card and Michael had it fixed in minutes! In addition he found me the appropriate screen protector and applied it for me. Extremely professional and A+ customer service.

Representative had an excellent knowledge of your products and the ones to offer me to resolve my issue. He was very personable and an excellent communicator. Overall; left the store very satisfied with the high level of customer service I received.

I am so in appropriation of Leonard the Sale Rep at the AT&T store in the Hamden Mall on Dixwell Avenue in Hamden CT. He is knowledgeable, skilled in salesmanship which at two attributes that make him great at his job. I would recommended this guy to anyone looking for quality service.

This was a great experience. I switched over from Android to IPhone finally and I can't wait to use my phone and apple watch. My uncle and I are on the same plan and we received great deal on our accessories thanks to Kat, the manager at the Hamden Store. Dan was also our representative and took care of us to upgrade our phones. He knew what he was doing and made the experience easy for us.

I had one of the best customer service experiences in a very long time with a gentleman named Leonard at the AT&T store in Hamden. Extremely attentive. Very polite and well mannered and a total gentleman and I had an amazing customer service experience. One that I haven’t had in a long time and that I value. Had the wonderful experience of being taken care of Michelle she had a customer experience of 10/10 experienced and very professional and patient. Had to do a few upgrades and purchase a couple items and may I say she never once questioned anything nor gotten short tempered like most people was with this young lady for almost 2 hours will definitely come back!!!!

Leonard assisted me tonight with my purchase and new plan. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this store and Leonard as well.

Wonderful staff! They are were extremely helpful, and patience. Although I had an issue with the representative at AT&T via the phone that wouldn’t prevent me from going to the Hamden location for my wireless needs. Thank you to everyone at the Hamden AT&T store!
