Great food and great service! The food never disappoints! Love going here!

Service was superb! Our waitress, Taylor, was awesome! Even with how busy it was (Saturday night), she was on top of everything. The teamwork amongst the staff was so pleasing to see, as I work in the food service industry and know how cut throat it can be. The manager, Nick, was very understanding when we didn't arrive back in time for our wait window( 20 min wait to be seated) but was able to seat us as soon as we returned to the restaurant. Being well managed and well staffed made it such a pleasant experience!

I have always loved this Red Robin. The food is always cooked the right way and to temp. The wait staff is always friendly and don't leave you hanging. The lunch time I feel is the best time to go and avoid the crowds.
We ALWAYS get the tower of onion rings!!!

Was there on Sunday. Lively place, but got seated immediately and server (Cyan?) took care of us quickly. She was fantastic! Actually, everyone was cheerful, seemed to be helping each other out, pre-bussing quickly, etc.

The burgers were great, as always. Love those pretzel bites for an app. Cole slaw perfect too.

Kudos to the managers and staff, this place is run well!

I love Red Robin and always get good service. The food is delicious and you can still get a good meal for $20. As it happens, though, this time I went all out and got the Mountain High Mudd Pie, a chocolate and vanilla ice cream dessert that must be experienced in your near future!

BTW: I prefer ONLY the 4 B's in my burger: beef, bacon, bbq, and bun. I guess a 5th B could be Bottomless (fries).

I enjoy Red Robin for a quick burger and fries every time we visit! This visit there was a mishap with my veggie patty wrap and it was corrected immediately! Emma was a great server and had advised me the manager also removed it from my check which was really appreciated! This is a tough industry keep up the good work!!

Red Robin Manchester is one of my go-to's for a variety of delicious burgers and endless fries. Always able to get a seat- some days more hectic than others. Staff is generally quick in getting you seated and order taken. Beverages and plate of fries are on the table within 10 mins of putting in your order. Haven't had a bad or poor experience

Thought we'd give those one a try on the way to bowling in Vernon. Chose to sit at the bar. Good menu options available. I had the gauc burger and hubby had the clucks and fries. Both were a nice size portion, tasty and warm. Very enjoyable experience. Bar/server was attentive. Pre-tip it cost $46.26. Which also included 2 Bud light and a large draft Sam Adams

I'm a senior so can't eat like I was 20. But my fav is the Reds Tavern burgers. Just right for me and very tasty!

Great food and Service.

The salad 🥗 I had was great ... but that wasn't the best part. My waitress Aisha was simply amazing. It's been a while since I came across good hospitality. Covid hit and people simply forget how to treat others.. Not Aisha..... she was Phenomenal and sweet 🤗 Red Robin made a good investment when they hired her and made her part of the team. I would visit the one in Manchester, CT any day they keep hiring young ladies like Aisha.

My girlfriend and I love this Red Robin location. Staff is always very friendly and professional. The restaurant itself is clean and the food is excellent. The Southern Charm burger is our go to and you haven't lived until you try their pretzel bites with beer cheese. Great drink selection as well.

Pretty much always have good service. Friendly, quick. Tried the new caramel apple lemonade. Very interesting!

Waitress was very attentive, food came out fast and was very good, burger was cooked to perfection. Would definitely go back again.

We don't eat out often, but my son and I went here for some one on one time for a treat. I had the sweet potato fries and he had the donut tower. He was in his glory and I was impressed with the fries. What stood out most was the service! Sai, not sure if that's how we spell her name, was great! She was super friendly and connected with my son about comics and all things superheroes. She also met all our needs quickly and made sure we were satisfied with everything. 5 stars!

Love Red Robin. My only gripe was that this restaurant doesn't offer call-ahead seating.

Burger was hot & good. Liked the potato chips. Server friendly too.
