I've been buying from them for over 10 years. Selection and prices are great . They've introduced me to a few lesser-known producers that I've come to enjoy. Customer service is sometimes a bit slow. You pay full price for shipping, no deals there, but they will hold wine for you free of charge until you get to a case and/or weather permits.

Thank you Grapes! I was looking for a very specific bottle of French wine from Hermitage and Daniel Posner there was quite helpful when I reached out via email to confirm they had it. (Which wasn't the case with the other company who will go nameless. :-( ) I ordered the wine the next day, online (seamless!) and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. This is may favorite wine / spirits shop in the NYC area. Triple threat - great selection, great advice, great pricing. 6 stars if they had that option. Daily emails are fantastic, have learned about so many exciting producers. Daniel has built a great team. So many exciting bottles packed into the store.

My four kids all independently asked for a wine they had loved during a vacation they took to Italy a few years back. I was able to provide them all with the same wine and vintage as well as the store’s contact information so they would be able to buy directly the next time. Thank you for making that possible. I also contact 24 other stores around the country and no other was able to fill my order in time.

I get the majority of my wine here. I love the commentary on the emails in particular - it’s really accurate. And when they tell you that they’ve got a deal…they definitely do - pricing is unbeatable on those items. It’s so easy to just reply to the email and place an order.

We have been going to Grapes for many, many years and built our cellar with extremely knowledgeable advice from the staff. Prices can’t be beat especially when buying a case or special sales. It’s always our go to for wines of all varieties.

The best experience I've had at a liquor store in Westchester. Bob and Brandon are great to talk to, very helpful when looking, and the selection is fantastic. The whiskey selection is the best I've seen around. 11/10 my new go-to liquor store!

Grapes has access to a vast array of wines from all the major wine-producing countries of the world, including many of the most rare varieties. He is one of the very few resources I turn to for unusual and delicious bottles of wines. He and his staff are well informed and very helpful. The very best!

I started patronizing Grapes in 2020, and quickly became a big fan. The website is easy to navigate, and it provides plenty of information for choosing wines from their comprehensive offerings.

The service is also outstanding. I mostly have the wine delivered to my Manhattan home, but I have also had a gift delivered to a friend in Manhattan. The delivery is always timely.

Excellent wine shop. The noteworthy feature of the store is the intelligent, thoughtful inventory. There is not a weak wine in the entire store. I live four hours drive from White Plains and drive to or through Westchester maybe half a dozen times a year. I make sure to visit Grapes the Wine Company every time.

Awesome wine shop with an amazing selection of white burgs to beat this heat! Shipping was fast and came nicely packed. They also run some really cool events like a virtual tasting with wine makers where you can pick up a sampler pack and taste with them!
