Bought a blank kit from them, when my order stalled in shipping, they communicated and helped move it along. Customer service was good, a lost art in American society!

I have bought more blanks from Get Bent than I would like to admit but their quality for price is hard to beat! So I end up buying blanks for a build that I won't even use much...but having the right rod for the situation, always make fishing more enjoyable. If you're looking for nicer rod blanks, go buy Sage blanks but be ready to spend $500+! Otherwise, buy from these guys and have just as much fun for much less $$$

I recently received a reel seat from Get Bent which had some cosmetic blemishes. The folks at Get Bent quickly took care of the issue and I can't imagine getting better customer service. Very happy with the two rods I've built with components and blanks purchased from Get Bent. I plan on purchasing two more in the very near future. It is so nice to receive personal service.

Ordered several fly blanks, one was wrong color but correct action and fly weight. I emailed the shop, told them about the mixup, they sent out another blank which I just received. It was correct and problem rectified in 3 days. Would recommend these folks to any ardent fly fisherman/rod builder. Good quality IM-8 blanks at a decent price, and good, quick turnaround time.

i only started building rods about 2 years ago, but have built about 8 rods and at least 4 rods have come from Get Bent Fly Shop. i love all the blanks i have gotten and have gotten to the point that all handles have to be carbon fiber, Tommy even talked to me on the phone when i was doing one of my first rods and made sure i didn't miss anything, Get Bent is the first place i go to when think about building a rod

Seller shipped me a blank that was broken on a ferrule, shipping tube was in perfect condition, which means it left their facility broken. Emailed them 3 times to get a refund for the product and it took them days to respond at first, then they gave me the run around and tried to blame it on me, and now they won't even respond to my emails.
