Not always the case as frequently the store is out of products, but my last experience was very good, & used to always be great up until the last couple yrs. I'm not sure why they keep their shelves so bare now days.
If u r there when the truck comes amd is being put away, however, u will find everything u need(usually 1x per week, sometimes twice a week). They do have a super kind staff. They also have amazing holiday decorations...
They've got great sales and coupons too!!

****My only real complaint is that in a town this size, we have nothin open past 10pm now. This store was 24 hrs for so many yrs.. then after covid went to midnight. Now it's 10pm-- & DOESNT EVEN OPEN TIL 8 /9 ON SUNDAYS!!! That's not cool. Ppl need a place to buy essentials at night & for evening emergencies!!! It's very disheartening. I used to shop here 3-4 times a week, now I only go in about once a mnth due to my schedule & their operational hrs. So many missed patrons for them.

Clean & friendly store, nonetheless. Bathroom is also usually kept well/clean (ask for a key to use).

They are AWESOME. I am surprised that they have such low scores. They are always busy but greet you when you come in, on busy days they have a ton of staff and keep things organized. The pharmacy is incredibly accommodating. We’ve had to go on numerous occasions right after our doctor visit and they give me my prescriptions right away. They all work hard and efficiently.

CVS is Fantastic for anything you want to purchase but their is too much delay on prescriptions. I mean they are extremely busy. I can only Hope & Pray that All Theses People that Dedicate Their Lives Everyday in coming in to Work in The Pharmacy, May You All Be Safe & Blessed & We Appreciate Your Help and Service Everyday .

I love this store. Yes, they are busy but all stores are busy. We are currently in a Pandemic. These pharmacists and the techs are burnt out. Tired of seeing people complain or write bad reviews. Walk an hour in their shoes. Write a bad review but yet they are the ones who are being treated horribly by customers. I was always told this store was bad and wait time was hours long. I never have issues with my prescriptions. If they tell me a few hours, I understand. They are short staffed and it's not the employees fault. They are picking up doubles and do not have a day off. One girl has told me she has not had a day off in 4 months God bless all of you who work at CVS

Came in and was immediately greeted by an employee. I was looking for a specific item and he walked me over to the aisle he thought it would be and helped me search for it. It was a small gesture but made me feel like a valued customer.

I know this store has had some serious issues lately, but it seems like they are pulling out of it. I don't know how long he's been there, but I've recently delt with Jason (I hope I have that right). I've been helped by him in the last few months, more than I've been helped the entire time I've been going there. He has taken the time to talk to me about a few different and difficult issues myself & my husband have had. He actually got on the phone with me and explained everything I needed to know. In the past he has discussed in detail how my husband was to take a new medicine. He will inform me of when he will be working, so I or my Dr can speak with him directly. He goes above and beyond to be informative and helpful in any way he can. After having so many issues with this store, I am relieved to know I can again have a pharmacist I can count on to understand and work through any issues that arise in mine or my husband's health care. Having a relationship with our pharmacist is as important as the relationship we have with our Drs. He is an asset to this store and our neighborhood.

I shop here all the time, because A) I'm a night owl and they are open late, B) they are very convenient to my home, and C) they have a wide variety of goods (which saves me from having to make the trek to Walmart). The workers are very friendly and helpful, and they do have two self checkouts which helps expedite things when they are busy.

CVS is fabulous with service and "extra bucks" you earn on purchases. Once I visited here I didn't visit Walgreens as often. Their pharmacy and products give their competition a run for their money.

Straight forward and easy to visit and check out for my prescriptions and general shopping. No complaints.

I go there for my prescriptions and any medical equipment that I need (small items like canes, knee back wrist braces etc)

Easy to access and have never really had an issue here. The associates are always friendly and eager to assist if needed.

Always dependable and usually have prescriptions ready on time.

All of the employees greet you when you enter and exit the store,there's always someone to assist you if you need help, the store is always clean and the shelves are well stocked.

Always friendly and the service is fast.
