We love the new remodel! We can usually count on this location to have exactly what we are looking for! Also, the employee who was running the rock climbing wall was so amazing with my son he went above and beyond to help him out (first timer) to ease his fears and explain everything in a encouraging way!

Tim and Geoff are totally awesome guys. I was here before and was rudely turned away. But Tim AND Geoff has smoothed it all out, I wasn't going to come back to this store, but after meeting and talking to these Gentlemen, there are still good people out there.

Still a great selection of things. There are 2 entrances around the building. You don't have to enter or wait through Von Maur.

Had a employee come to me, helped me through the fishing line. There were 50 different kinds and he found the one I liked.

Awesome store! It's HUGE! They don't carry firearms but they do still have fishing and tackle!

Excellent customer service. Always employees around to help locate something. Update 5/22- As every place else they are short-staffed. The cashier went WAY out of her way to help me and it wasn't even her job. Great selection. Competitive pricing. Let's all be patient til this staffing crisis calms down.

We just purchased 2 new bikes last week! Noah was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the bikes we were looking at. Definitely recommend shopping here for new bicycles.

I've been happy with everything I've ever purchased here. It is paired with Field & Stream. My brother and I bought kayaks and paddles. I've purchased several pairs of running shoes and athletic clothes, swim wear, winter clothes, socks, and I've never had a bad experience. This store is a 40 minute drive from where I live. It is my go to place for shoes, the associates are very helpful and they know how to get you in the best pair for your needs. Never pushy or obnoxious, unlike other shoe stores, they want you in the right shoes for you. If you are a runner with an injury or special needs, I suggest you check out Dick's and ask the associates for help in picking the correct style of shoe. Their help has changed my life because I love to run, and now I can run with less pain.

We went there for swim trunks as we were traveling and my husband forgot his. I first called to make sure they had them in stock. I spoke with Hailey. She was super helpful and told me to request her when we walked in the door. We did and she had us in and out of there in about 5 minutes. Thank you so much!! The trunks look great on my husband too!🙂

Can I please give more than 5 stars?!? My husband went in to purchase a handgun he has be eyeing for sometime now. They finally had one that was pre-owned. We got it for $300 less than a brand new one! When you go in to purchase a gun yourself make sure you get Kevin or Aaron! BOTH OF THEM ROCK!!! They are very knowledgeable and have absolutely great customer service!!! Fill out the survey at the bottom of the receipt and give they 5 stars across the board and give them a HUGE shout out cause I want them both to be there when we go back to purchase another hand gun!!!

This store has become a go-to for great sportswear for my kids! Great selection of gear! Nike, Adidas, Champion, Under Armor. Everything!

I've purchased equipment for kayaking and cycling at this Dick's location. Staff is prompt and helpful, and even gave me advice on registering kayaks in neighboring states. I recommend this location for those interested in outdoor sports.

Great place for many sporting needs. Bike shop is good for grabbing something basic. Tubes, pumps, etc. Great selection of apparel and shoes. Great outdoor department as well.
