The new owner is awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went in to buy an rc truck. Left with two for less money. He’s about fun not sales. Doesn’t try to oversell you and he listens. Best service of any hobby shop I’ve ever been to. The owner was genuinely excited about me being there and didn’t rush me. Will definitely be my go to shop from now on.

Great store with very friendly staff! They’ve got a all kinds of RCs and buildable rockets you’d expect from a hobby store, but they also have great educational and fun toys for the kids! We’ll be coming back for stocking stuffers and toys for Christmas!

After purchasing a battery from Coyote we discovered a strange issue with a certain charger and battery combination. After a couple trips back I met the owner who was very helpful and patient with trying to figure out the issue. Not only did he take the battery back we purchased, he upgraded to an even better battery at no extra cost. Great little shop and I will continue to support small business over something like Amazon anytime that I can.

Cool little hobby shop. Went in to get a birthday present for a friend of mine's 8 year old. Ended up with a rocket set. He liked it so much that I recently went back and got my own son one. Staff was fantastic.

Such an awesome shop! The gentlemen here know their stuff! Loads of great customer service and knowledge. Just got back into the RC stuff recently. I throughly enjoy the smaller shops like this, as the interactions are pleasant and entertaining! Absolutely love taking my family here and joking with the staff!!

The friendliest shop in the area. Also the busiest. I've been into the store a handful of times and felt welcome. Despite my constant question and so far purchasing only $3.49 worth the parts for my first RC car (purchased on amazon only because I had gift cards), I have been treated like a loyal, longtime customer. Both of the guys behind the counter (sorry for not knowing your names yet, I'm bad with names) have been generous with information and advice on how to clean and tune my car. I'm usually not the only one in there asking questions or holding a broken RC. The employees share their time and expertise with everyone in the store, many times bringing my attention to someone else repair to show me how it broke, and how to fix it myself. This store is a shining example of why shopping local is something we need to remember to do. No online chat or email can answer question like being in person.
It is a smaller shop and may not carry every part you need for every model, but they will get it for you. Today i'm picking up a couple of springs that I needed to get me rolling again without the horrible noise of grinding plastic. Grand total $0.89 (same price as amazon). They took the time to figure out the exact part I needed and ordered it. It absolutely wasn't worth their time, but they invested in me and I will keep coming back because of that level of service.

This a great hobby store. I bought my first quad copter here. Little did I know that one simple purchase would be the gateway to a small fleet of the little buzzing monsters. But seriously, treat yourself to a trip to Coyote Hobby and get reacquainted with the little kid inside yourself.

I've checked out 4 other hobby shops to get my first real r/c plane... this one is by far the best. Happy and friendly service! They also have the largest assortment of ready to fly planes in stock! Check 'em out! Enjoy! ;)

Recently purchased a RC car at a competitor's location. Had gone back to that store several times for parts. I was increasingly unimpressed by the lack of customer service.
Discovered Coyote Hobby today. Owners were very helpful. Had parts I needed and took the time to answer questions. Felt like a valued customer. Definitely has mine and my son's business for future hobby education and purchases.

Really Great Local shop, with good prices, and they can usually order in just about anything within a few days at most a week or 2 for older or unique stuff. I get all of my RC car parts here, and i can tell you it is nice to do business locally because they stand behind the products, help you along the way and you just cant get that from the online or box retailers. Every time we go in they are happy, smiling and want to be friendly, you find your self wanting to hang out and talk shop.

One thing to mention is they do carry the name brand and quality aftermarket parts, some online places sell 2nds and the knockoff parts for cheeper, mainly batteries. For me there is a time and a place for those cheep parts and while coyote does not carry the china stuff, the way i bought my car was nice car, and a hand full of china batteries to get started then as i could afford the quality stuff i came in here to upgrade, and boy you get what you pay for, the parts Coyote sells were easily 20x better and not that much more expensive then the china batteries. The prices are fair but keep in mind your are getting a much better product.

These guys are just great. They have a wealth of knowledge. Very friendly and willing to help you any way they can. Great selection of products - from RTF to Scratch building. If they don't have a part they can get it and the turn around is pretty dang good.

Great people. I bought a 25.00 x fly oops, I bought 2 of them @25.00 each. The best 25.00 dollers rc I ever bought. Correction best 25.00 I ever spent all in one kit. Most helpful staff and I have only been there 2 times total but I will continue shopping there in the future for other needs. Thanks guys at coyote hobby :-) :-):-)

My daughter and I came in today and couldn't have been more pleased. Great service and great prices. I dont think I'll be going to other hobby shops from now on.

These guys took in a problem I had with another hobby shop, and told me what was wrong. These guys are so great and kind and knowledgeable, this is the place to come, don't go anywhere else. They will take you under their wing if you have a problem. Great hobby shop!!!

Great guys, helpful and kind. Not a huge selection but some cool stuff. Just purchased my first quad copter and they turned me on to Meldrum bar park where they race there Saturday's. Thanks guys, will be doing much business with you. Ur awsome : D

Great local hobby shop, almost always has what I need to complete my current project. Knowledgeable staff, they welcome returns when I accidentally purchased the wrong part. Prices are equal to most other hobby shops in the area.

Cool little store same prices as hobbytown and xtreme toys on a horizon rc car but this guy had way better personalized customer service. Spent time with us showing us how to charge it and run it.

Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I've been to all the other hobby stores within 100 miles and this is the best, hands down. I love this place! Thanks.

Unfortunately they did not have the part I needed for my nitro gas powered Redcat truck but he took the time to look it up on the internet for me and gave me several different options and I thought that was really cool I will definitely go back to go get my battery powered parts excellent service
