Such an amazing experience!! Phil is so kind and knowledgeable and not at all pushy as I’m sure everyone has experienced. He was flexible and met us according to our availability with no issues. He was punctual, communicated openly with no gimmicks and never pressured us to buy anything. Phil worked with us and allowed us to be in the “drivers seat” of the entire experience. I will definitely be recommending Mattress By Appointment Urbandale to everyone I know. We left satisfied with our purchase of a great quality mattress but we will definitely be coming back for Phil’s even better customer service!

I found these people on Facebook at first I thought it was a scam that's the skeptical side of my thinking. But I thought what do I have to lose by messaging them. So I took a leap of faith and sure enough a very nice gentleman named Phil got ahold of me we talked and I ended up ordering a queen size bed. Fantastic customer service and the bed is outstanding with quality and price. Please if anyone is looking for a new bed please I encourage you to go here. You won't be disappointed.
