It’s McDonald’s enough said, Jk lol. Fast food, awesome toys in happy meals, always working ice cream machine. Oreo McFlurry is the best thing this place can offer me. Friendly staff greets me with a smile (very much appreciated.)

The soda today was pretty bad. Watered down diet coke, and the Dr. Pepper needed to be changed out too. The rest was very good. Fries were hot not warm, burgers were amazing.

Everyone knows McDonald's, right? Quick service and totally predictable food preparation. A good place to grab food on the go.

This stop was exactly as expected. McDonald's is outstanding for their consistency of product and service.

This location is one of the few McDonald's that consistently gets the order right the first time.

I used the app. My order was ready when advised and served fresh. Friendly service too.

Very fast, very fresh, and I didn't have to talk to anybody!

5 stars. The other two locations have had issues almost every time I've stopped on occasion. Drinks with no carbonation, extremely stale fries, forgotten items etc. The gentleman I spoke with in the drive-thru was cheerful, suggested an addition to my order which I went with and was surprisingly good. There was also a small extra item on the very bottom of the bag when I returned home. Not expected or even requested but it was the cherry on the metaphorical service sundae.

Brought my mom here to treat her to something nice on her 60th birthday. I was parched upon arrival, so I ordered four large cokes (I took one home to enjoy later). My mom had a McChicken, and then ended up having another McChicken. To make the day even better, we got to meet Randy McDarnald himself!

I recently used the McDonald's app to place my order. I ordered an item incorrectly and was given something I really didn't want. The manager on duty did not hesitate to replace the item with what I actually wanted to order. Thank you for making my experience much better.

We ordered and paid on the app and our food was out in minutes. We always order Quarter Pounders with cheese and these were some of the best. They were hot and juicy and just what we were looking for. This McDonald's near Costco seems to be very efficient.

I may be a tad biased but I have worked here for nearly 6 months and I would just like to apologize for all of the negative experiences some of you have had. We are one of the busiest McDonalds in the Madison/Sun Prairie area which sometimes makes it hard for us to sweep the floors during rushes and we sometimes make mistakes. Asking perfection is simply inhuman. We try our best and we work hard to give you a good experience. And I know that a lot of us actually don’t ring up certain things like extra Oreos in your McFlurry and so on so you can get a cheaper meal and still get what you want. I hope you will come and give us a try again!

Went to mcds on e.washington Ave across from east Towne mall, service was fast and accurate, which is more than I can say about mcds at Darwin drive & Northport facility. Hehe

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I really don’t know why people have it rated poorly. I came here five days in a row for lunch and everything I ordered was fresh and tasted great for McDonald’s unlike other ones I’ve been too. Also they never got my order wrong and I always made a custom order. The place is clean and the employees bring out your food for you at your table which is really nice.

It was one of the better Mc Donalds ive been to. My burger and frys were hot and fresh. And the staff was very friendly. Also it was very clean thats important now days with this virus going around. So i recomend this Mcdonalds thank you team mcdonalds you made this customer very happy😊
