Very well organized and tidy store. They had everything I needed and then some! For a while I had been on the hunt for a dog water vest, and I did not want to buy it online. They had several options in the store, and the staff were very helpful. As a certified pet parent, even I was surprised at the high quality of some of the products available. They had an entire line of CHI hair products and devices (pretty sure that's nicer than what I use for myself!).

Great place, great inventory. If your dogs needs social training bring him here often and let him get used to the place and seeing other dogs and people. It helped with my Yorkie who is not so friendly. Lol.

I really appreciate the staff for giving me a walk in option to have my pet's nails trimmed at such a short notice. I was concerned that he may slip and break his ankle on the hardwood floors. They resolved the issue for me rather quickly.

They did so good giving Maverick a bath and brush and nail trim and grind. He was clean and his nails looked great.

Great location. The gentleman who checked me out was friendly, greeted me when I got in, asked if I wanted bags, and let me know my point redemption status.

I am very grateful to Mrs. Lauran who helped me by giving me the correct information about goldfish sins since I had a loss of fish in another place where they did not help me but Lauran was very handsome and very kind i really truly recommend to come in to this petsmart. And thank you lauran😊

I needed to buy more dogfood & was able to fill a stocking for my 8yr old Boxer (named Jakob).

Great staff; Amanda the manager is especially helpful and knowledgeable about pet care. They tend to have more things in stock compared to other Petsmarts and usually have a great sale/clearance selection. While you're shopping, say hello to the Purr Partners kitties in the adoption center every Wednesday - Sunday :)

Great shop with a really nice staff.

Was totally expecting a hamster or Guinea Pig and a rat stared back at me. Labels are important sometimes.
I asked "Where are the turtles?" He ran away.

Not far though I could still see him.
He was under his plastic room in his glass case at PetSmart.

Took my puppy for her first grooming and I was super nervous because she’s an anxious dog. I had nothing to worry about at all! Sam was our groomer and did an amazing job but also everyone working had so much love for dogs. 100% recommend them for grooming and the Banfield vets and techs are also really great :)

We love petsmart! Always a convenient place to pick up stuff for our fur babies with friendly, helpful staff. And as an added bonus, petting all the pets that you get to meet there with their owners while shopping.

The store is very clean and well stocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat your pets like family. Carolyn is very nice and goes above and beyond to help you. She even teaches a variety of dog classes which I have signed up for

This store provided the best pet store experience I've had to date. Although they didn't provide me with the product that I initially went in for, the staff helped me to identify a substitute product that has actually become my primary choice. The friendliness and helpfulness of everyone was top notch.
