I am very impressed with the bakery manager Annette. I have been coming in for several months looking for my favorite cake. I went in on Saturday again no cake. So I asked her why ? She was so kind and took the time to explain it was a seasonal item. That she would be pleased to special make one for me the next morning. It was the best of the best. She really put 💯 % into making it special! You don't find people like that anymore. You could tell it meant a lot to her to make me a happy and satisfied customer. I can't say enough about her kindness... After months of asking and hearing I don't know. I am finally a happy customer that will return. All the staff is always kind just not enough experience about their dept. That was extremely aggravating. The store is exceptionally clean well stocked and just about anything you need you can find in this store. My biggest complaint Is prices are way to high. Not competitive for the area.

Store was very clean very well put together. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be going back. The prices are also fantastic so that is a plus. The produce especially was really good. And it was fresh. And even those late night they still had everything put together accordingly.

I’m literally in here daily buying steaks from the butcher in the black. Great quality meat & the guys are friendly & helpful. I also love that the store is always clean & being stocked constantly. Salad bar always fresh & clean.

I've lived in the surrounding area for the last 7 years. I'm kicking myself that I didn't put forth the extra effort to drive past the local Kroger to this gem. I remember Ingles from way back in the day having gone to school in North Georgia. However, the fact that this is so close to my home makes it even better. This is conveniently located, and has all of the upside of more expensive stores like the nearby Publix, without the low brow feel of the local Kroger.

I've been in there three or four times, and each time there is not a hair out of place. Seriously, you could probably eat off of the floor. Everything is in its place, well lit, good quality products.... and has just about everything I need. The bakery is TOPS.

The younger employees tend to prioritize socializing over working, but overall the staff is friendly. Quite honestly, as well stocked and clean as the store is, they're definitely doing their job, so I really can't say anything lol.

So glad I found this place.

I don't know what's happened in 2024, but the food prices are going through the roof here and have forced me to start shopping at Dollar General when I come down here to visit my family from New York City.

I know expensive grocery prices. I live in New York City. They don't have a right to be charging the prices they do for the condition of their produce and the lack of selection.

I used to like them a lot, but they're outpricing themselves now.

My favorite grocery store clean, organized friendly service, and open late.

This location has a beautiful layout and great customer service with the exception of one cashier. Wonderful selections in the fresh produce, meat, and seafood. We bought Swordfish, beeg bone marrow, kiwano melon, and mahi mahi. Many food items like pot pies were 10 for $10. They have a huge salad bar, wing bar, and olive bar.

My husband and I paid our local Ingles a visit today and were absolutely blown away by the phenomenal customer service provided to us by a Mr. Jonathan in the bakery. It's our 5 year old's birthday today so we were in for a cake and various party supplies. Upon searching the bakery's pre made cakes we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. Jonathan went the extra mile and approached us to ask if there was anything he could help with. Once we'd explained what we were looking for, he asked if we had any shopping to do so as to provide him with the necessary time to prepare a custom cake for us. We did our shopping while he prepared the cake and it is absolutely perfect. Our daughter is going to love it. His customer service was unparalleled and genuinely made today's experience one we won't forget. Huge thanks to Jonathan! He deserves a raise 💰

All-time favorite supermarket! They have an outstanding deli area for lunches and dinners and the best chicken salad I've ever had. They have better selections on food, and the meat sales are my favorite! Wish we had one in Calhoun, GA.

Had an amazing experience at Ingles Bakery, they whipped this cake out in a day and im blown away!!! Super sweet staff that really understood what I was going for and im so excited for my friend to see this cake!!!

This is an excellent grocery store. My husband and I both agree it is the best grocery store we have ever been in. The aisles are wide, selection is great, and displays are neatly arranged.

It’s always dead here. I mainly come here bc I don’t like big crowds of people so krogers is always outta the question and Publix it to high priced. So ingles by default. They had what I was looking for so that’s good.. in and out…

Very clean store with good prices!! Especially on their own brand products!! You'll pay about half the price of name brand items if you buy their's!!!

My go-to grocery store. Always stocked and clean. I would like to give a shout-out to the bakery especially. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I have been getting the donuts a lot recently and they are better than any donut shop! The staff in the bakery have been KILLING it the last few months.

The store is very clean and well organized! The isles are very spacious allowing plenty of room for people to navigate! I also love Ingles selection of groceries! It always seems like they have more to offer than Kroger or Publix.

REVISED***I had to revise this review because the past few visits have had AMAZING customer service. All the employees have been very helpful and have gone above and beyond. Thank you for the improvements.***
The customer service at this location is spotty at best. I stopped using a cashier and started exclusively checking myself out because they barely acknowledge you while they conversate amongst themselves at the register and they bag your items like a toddler. Today I made the mistake of using a cashier and vital items were left out of my cart. Save yourself the frustration, bruised fruit and smashed bread and check yourself out if you visit this location.

Store is always stocked up and has a large variety of items. This location is GIANT. Their deli is great, and the prices for their food plates is super affordable. They have a salad bar with soup bar, antipasto bar, and fruit bar. Also has a drive up pharmacy and a gas station. Stays open til 11pm.
