I LOVE this store. I used to be a regular at another bottle shop in Hiram but when I met this staff, I was enamored and never left. It’s the only store I will visit in the area. The staff is AMAZING, super friendly and knowledgeable. Christian is a doll… I have gotten great recommendations and they never let me down! The selection is great, whether you are looking for classics or something new (or even something rare or just in an eclectic bottle). I promise if you visit this shop, you won’t be disappointed and you will leave with a smile on your face!

This is the best SMELLING liquor store that you will ever walk in.
It supports Veterans like myself paying our tax for us! I always shop and support those who support veterans. The staff is moderately friendly, the prices are great and I love being treated with respect as a veteran.

Absolutely the best liquor store in Paulding County hands down! Always clean and well stocked with great prices.. I'd have to say the the owners and the staff themselves are truly what keeps me coming back. even if I have to drive out of my way I'm going to Lotus! amazing people and outstanding customer service! Never just a quick in and out stop for me either which I take full blame for 😊 everyone is so friendly and treat you like family, why wouldn't I take my time. they never disappoint! I know I will be leaving either with a huge smile on my face or or something to laugh about every single time! If you haven't stopped by you need to!

Best liquor store in town with a great selection of hard to find Bourbon. I was able to find the bottle of Weller single barrel that I have been looking for for a long time. I highly recommend checking the store out.

I love this place. They always make great suggestions on drinks I have never had. I am able to use the drive thru if I don't want to get out of my car. They are my regular spot. I will always good back. The great service and great selection make it well worth it.

Forgot some of hubby's liquor at the store..went back 2weeks later and it was bagged up and waiting for me..Thank you Angela ( sweet lady)..they even offer Veteran discounts although it's not in highlights!! Very customer friendly!!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I love the family atmosphere they provide. They offer all military (active or veteran) a tax free purchase! There are a wide range of products and they have quite a large selection of spirits that you won't find around town. Take a momemt to stop in and see for yourself!

Aside from the parking lot, this store is fantastic. Big selection, good prices for the size of the store.

The guy that runs this place is great! Obviously he's in it to make money into sell things but he makes it actually interesting. And we'll go out of his way to find what he can at your request. That's how I got my pappy Van Winkle!

The only place in town to get everything you want at the lowest price! I shop here FIRST, if Cristian doesn’t have it, you can ask him and he will move mountains to try to get it for you, all at the best price in town, sometimes the state! They beat local competitors by hundreds of dollars on hard to find allocated items. Locally owned and operated, veterans get a discount, what more could you ask for from a great store?? Beer, Wine, Spirits, cigars, lotto... they’ve got it all. Also, be on the lookout for their upcoming store picks, they are going to fly off the shelves so if you see them, buy them.

Best liquor store Ive EVER been to. Talk about customer service!! A+ . Willing to help me find whatever I wanted and if they dont have it, They will order it. I highly recommend this store. I felt like they really cared and appreciated my business. If you haven't been here I highly suggest you check them out. We love Lotus! Aside from having a larger and better selection than the other liquor stores nearby, the gentleman who works there (used to work at Highland Beverage, which WAS our favorite before they closed) is the absolute best. He is ALWAYS friendly, chatting with us every visit - we love him!

I absolutely love this store. They gave me the best customer service out of all the liquor stores I have ever been to and they have a great selection on craft beer. I came in and bought a couple of thirty packs and the even carried It out to my truck for me.

My second time at this store and I have to say the people their are just great nice and friendly 🙃 and just great to talk with and just loving the military discount that they give to all military and former military people 🙂
