I don’t know what the rest of these reviews are talking about, but I thought the service was excellent. A young man came up immediately when I made I contact, and helped me with everything I needed. Everyone was friendly and personable.

The associates are always so friendly and knowledgeable of the products And they only exude positive energy with us as customers. For whoever this may concern as a whole the group at the DTLR Cleveland Westown Plaza location are simply amazing and they are blueprint for how customers Should experience the retail industry!!!!

Got a few pairs of shoes for my sons and everyone was helpful all the workers helped me with questions I had staff was very polite will definitely start shopping here more often
