Owners are very friendly and helpful if you are looking for something. They have a decent selection and carry allocated bourbon at times. Prices are usually close to or the best in town. The store is a little dated and small but they are building a new one adjacent to the existing soon with a tasting bar.

Fun and informative help for someone who doesn’t have a clue about bourbon. If you do know your liquor, you’ll really love this place.

I stopped in on Sunday looking for some bourbons I can't get back home. I walked in, was immediately greeted very kindly, and was asked what I was looking for. I explained that I was from out of state and was looking for some unique/local finds, and the employee (though probably the owner, if I were to guess) walked me through at least a dozen bottles. He explained everything I could have asked for (and a lot that I wouldn't have even thought about) - distillery, proof, age statement, barrel type, production run (highlighting limited barrels/bottles), tasting notes, the whole shebang.

This is the real deal, folks. This is both southern hospitality AND excellent customer service. If it weren't a solid 8 hour drive from home, I'd be in here weekly.

Jackson’s is one of the best liquor stores in the Lexington area and I’ll even say one of the best liquor stores I have been too period! They have a ton of store picks and they continue to do more! The owners father/son duo are 2 amazing guys. They have Facebook and Instagram and keep people updated everyday! They treat me amazing every time I come in. Great prices too!

Old school' this place has been around for many many years in Lexington KY. Fast and friendly service. I'm terrible with names! Ugh. Never the less though this is the place to go for real Liquor store bargains and good old down home hospitality 😉 the girls are cute too?😜
