Friendly staff, and the prices are great, much more affordable than going to something like staples. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, if you don't know what toner or ink your printer needs (like me) they've got your back! Couldn't recommend more. They made things, fast, easy, and a good experience overall.

Shawna is great to work with! She offers excellent customer service. We had recently switch to generic for our laser printer and that was a mistake. We called up Rapid Refill and working with our schedule they stopped by with our new cartridges and even cleaned up the mess the generic left behind. From now on this is our spot to go! Very competitive pricing.

Oh my goodness!!! I recently ordered ink from Rapid Refill for my business. I must say, I received the most superb customer service ever.
I placed the order before noon, and got the ink the same day!!! I was so too happy!!!!

I recently purchased a printer/ ink from Shawna G. , first she saved me a bunch of money! who doesn't love that? I don't know why I wouldn't have a printer with refillable ink in the first place, it makes way more sense. Very professional, she helped me print some reports for my business, separated them, even hole punched them. Now I know where it is I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have been using Rapid Refill for around 6 years for all of our toner / ink supplies and just had some mechanical issues, so who do we call? Rapid Refill!!! And they were awesome about quickly getting us up and running again. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, definitely glad they are on our team! Thanks ya'll!!!
