For $28.95 we got this Christmas tree from Big lots. And we buy all our Christmas lights there--some great wrapping paper, too. Magic on a budget.

Always a great variety at this store. They have a ton of garden items from garden decor to gazebos, and a ton of house stuff for kitchen bedroom and bathroom, they have a ton of packaged foods they even have a cold section now and all the body care and office items. I like this place more than walmart!

Dealt with a gentleman by the name of BZ here and if you need help in furniture this is the person to go to. He was knowledgeable of his products and willing to go above and beyond to meet my standard as a customer. When his store didn’t have the product in stock he proceeded to call multiple stores in order to make sure i had what i wanted. This gentleman was not pushy in selling me any particular couch but rather made sure i got what i wanted. Overall an excellent part of their team.

And the store was really clean. I really appreciated the friendly staff. How kind everyone was. Super great store. I appreciated eventhou I was in the checkout line and I mentioned that I could not find a welcome mat.she stopped what she was doing and escorted me to where the mats I wanted were.i did find it and went back and checked out my items. That was awesome customer service 👏 👌 😀

I know there are a few delivery companies that offer furniture delivery. My experience with Fast Trax was timely, professional and exceeded All my expectations. Don't be fooled by subpar delivery services.

I like Big Lots. Many useful products at reasonable prices. Discounts on furniture, towels, bedding, appliances, tableware, some clothes, Xmas stuff, yard stuff. It's a great store. Recommend it!

Nice and clean. Had exactly what I needed at a great price. A steam iron which seem to be in short supply around here. Asked an employee where they were and he took me right to them. No waiting to check out. Perfect trip to Big Lots!

The employees went out of their way on such a busy day. The same lady helped 4 different times assisting. I think her name was Lori.
I came back and spent well over 100.00 today because of the stores good and useful attitude.

Love this store. Never had any problems. Wish they had baby stuff like diapers, or wipes or powder or something. But great variety of everything! I can find what i need most of the time for cheap!

I can’t say enough about manager Alyssa and Biz in furniture. I was having a horrible, no good day. When the bed I bought from another Big Lots couldn’t be assembled (drilling was incorrect), the sweet girl from that store called the Tyrone location who happened to have one left. I only had 20 minutes until closing, and it would take me that long to get there... meanwhile I’d already thrown out the old bed.

I called, upset, and Alyssa told me they’d wait for me. We got there two minutes after closing, and true to her word, they were ready for us to swap out the defective piece. The extreme kindness she had for me, will stay with me.

Big Lots... it’s employees like these that will make a person come back. If Alyssa and Biz get to read this, thank you (for the 100th time) for being so good to me.
