I came here looking for shoes for my teen daughter. I went to 5 other stores, and none of them had it. Stopped in here, and THERE IT WAS!!

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL

I got an online order with only one show in it. The store was quick to help me with getting my order exchanged since they had the shoe in stock. If they didn’t they were willing to help me get my money back. Very pleased with the staff.

Omg A was our sales person and he had to be the dopest energy we experienced in the mall. He was eager to help and very patient and kind and polite . We were there for awhile and because of him we purchased four pairs of shoes and two packs of Nike socks . He was very attentive to our needs and wants and he also had a great personality and good sense of humor . We were visiting from Ohio but we’ll be back for sure because of him . S/O to An you’re dope and please stay that way you really made our day :)

I had the most wonderful experience ever at JD sports all because of I hate to butcher someone’s name, but I think her name is Mai, Linh or Milan but you are a star young lady. I love your personality. I love your warm and welcoming vibe, and you keep rocking your natural hair is so beautiful.

The store Manager Greg was so nice and his customer service was perfect! I liked a pair of shoes they didn't have my size so he picked up the phone and called a store to locate them for me. He was awesome for doing that plus was very helpful in the process. This was several weeks ago and when I went in to thank him he was so thankful. I ended up buying another pair of shoes that day as well. I will always return to this store in the future! Thanks again Greg!

Best bartender’s!! Cherie has the best personality! Such a fun environment.. it’s a must. The outside entertainment was absolutely energetic and we came back
And had supper that night inside and listened piano bat .. such a great experience and food was great!! Thank you all!!

Dekari (my apologies for misspelling his name) was one of the nicest, most helpful salespeople that my son and I have met. He didn't hesitate to answer questions about certain brand names and took care of us from the moment we walked in until he walked us out with the purchase we had made. Please tell him thank you for us!!

You really have some Amazing people work in Saint Pete. I am color blind and they went above and beyond!!!!
Nila, Adriana and Sarah D were amazing.
I needed a special brand and colors and they pulled it off.

Adam & Julio ROCK! Called every store displaying inventory for a specific brooks sneaker from my son due to shin splints until one way out in Arizona was able to ship us the last pair! So cool! I was amazed with the above and beyond service I received while sneaker shopping for my son and very happy how eager to help out they were and how informative knowledgeable and helpful both of these gentlemen were if I could sum my experience up in one word I would have to say amazing! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back again! Thanks guys!

This mall is pretty chill but I'm giving it 5 starts because the service at this place was awesome. The guy that helped me name was Adam. He was a cool guy, eager to show me what I was looking for. Cool staff. I will definitely come back here.
