When I arrived at the USPS location just before closing time with an urgent package to send off, I was fortunate to be assisted by Bruce, an employee whose helpfulness exceeded my expectations. Bruce was not only quick and efficient in handling my package, but he was also incredibly friendly throughout the process. He patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring I was completely informed and comfortable with the shipping process. Luckily, I was able to ship my package right on time without any hassle. It’s not often that I get good experiences at shipment centers.

Erica Daniels provided excellent service on May 14, 2024. She went over & above expectations of a post office visit. She made complex situation, easy… Need more customer focused people like her. 10/10🏆

Went to the post office🏣 to do a address verification, they were a little short staffed but they still greeted 🙋‍♂🙋‍♀each person as they entered the lobby and thanks us for our patients, they were very friendly and efficient with each person that they waited on, it took no time at all to do the address verification I signed📃 and was on my way, thank you for the good service👍👍😎

Hello, I 100% recommend this very organized post office. The staff is highly trained, everyone is in a very good mood. But I want to mention a man who took care of me and despite the fact that I do not speak English well, he did not hesitate to help me and make me very satisfied with his work. He is a very human person. affable Helpful, he shows a lot of vocation for his work. His name is Sounthone. Thank you for doing your job. as well . 👍 you are a great person and you have a gift of helping. awesome. I congratulate you, I hope there are more people who dedicate themselves to treating the public and do it that way.

The staff is great here, but especially Bruce. He is the absolute best to work with for any mailing needs. They should make him Post Master General.

I moved to NC from Florida about a year ago and I accidentally ordered something where they had my old address. I called the USPS on 66th Street in St. Pete and spoke to Jill. My package was out for delivery that day and she intercepted it and sent it to my current NC address. I wasn't charged anything and she went out of her way to help me. I hope her boss sees this and she gets a raise, because she is an asset to the postal service. Thanks again, Jill! God bless!

I love this post office. Every few years I have to ship ~1000 packages for my small business, and whether it's doing pick-ups from home or me bringing up a big trunk full of outgoing stuff, it's always a smooth experience. I actually had some private shipper accost me in the parking lot once when I was unloading a few dozen packages, suggesting I go get some UPS quotes, but hell no. USPS is easily the most affordable and most trustworthy option. I'll never look elsewhere.

The ladies working here were super friendly and helpful. When weighing my package with added insurance she helped determine the best deal and assisted in completing wrapping it properly. They served people in two minutes or less and were very efficient.

I went into the post office today with an open mind and had a great experience!! Despite the line up almost to the door, the staff was ALL very polite There were two trays of Christmas candy on a table, and everyone was treated professionally from what i could see. A man in a white shirt and tie (manager??) even came out of an office to assist folks in the lobby with large parcels.....great post office...sometimes you are treated based on the way you act!!!

Each year I have a huge order of individual pieces to mail that all need to be weighed and stamped separately. I have waited at other locations while they processed them and it usually took almost an hour and a half. Last year a genius at 66th St offered to hold my credit card and process them throughout the day...NO WAITING!! I did it again today, thank you Bill, and they had them done in no time, called and let me know they were finished. I am very grateful for the help at this location!

They've delivered packages twice this week to the wrong address when my address is CLEARLY printed on it. One of those was meds. Reading all the negative reviews about the 66st location and they're spot on. Very poor service. Now it's difficult to order from a business that utilizes the usps in fear of being let down repeatedly....

I read the bad reviews and decided to go to this post office to see for myself. A lady named Stephanie waited on me. Very nice and extremely helpful. She saved me 5.00 by recommending a smaller mailing box, which she transferred my contents into that box, sealed it and mailed it. I had a good experience.

Had a very good experience when dealing with Angela, a postal worker at Crossroads USPS. She is friendly, helpful, and informative, patient and nonjudgmental.

Customer service is excellent. Friendly energy from Bruce and on top of that he goes above and beyond to educate you in best mailing for your specific needs.

Great service by employees who have the best attitudes every time I go there. Always very helpful and happy to do so. A place I never mind waiting in line at because they all always have smiles on, which makes it better.
