Jake got me in and out once i got my problems resolved with T-Mobile customer service. I was getting my dad a new phone but looking at cases for my self and he even went and tried to find me a cute case for my iPhone. He was super kind and helpful in everywhere, funny too. Highly recommend Jake and this store to any T-Mobile customers. He’s quick and efficient sweetheart too.

I personally dread going down to T-Mobile but Jake was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and super kind! Will always go back and see him and have confidence in anything I need. 10/10 recommend this location. The other guy there (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) but he was great as well. So willing to help. Love it!

Raina is an excellent employee who has an authentic easy smile. She was especially patient, helpful and kind with my 50 years old special needs daughter who asked questions. I’ve been coming to the Tyrone and 38th store since it opened many years ago and this is the first time the 2 hours and 20 minutes there were pleasant and pleasurable.

Hat tip off to Adam , He has the most amazing customer service. He made us feel welcome and very comfortable. He was well paced with helping us as well as letting us know all there deals. Thank you Adam for helping us save money as well the great service ‼

T-Mobile closed the store on 66th Street near Tyrone Blvd and has this one on Tyrone Blvd near Park Street. I just bought a new phone and wanted to transfer all my data over from my old one. The Staff at this store are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me immediately, we were done in a short period of time and they inquired if I wanted to buy any accessories and once I declined, they didn't try to push it. I'm not sure about others, but for the 18 to 20 years I've been with T-Mobile I've always had good service from their employees.

We were helped by Priscilla , in our endeavor to upgrade to the new iphones, we had to order one and she was above and beyond patient and helpful she explained everything thoroughly. She was pleasant and didn’t make us feel rushed i am leaving knowing how much I paid , when will I be charged , when my new phone will arrive , how to make the transition from the old phone to the new one , and what my new bill will be. We drove 40 min out of the way to come to this store as opposed to the one less than a mile away from home, because their customer service was exceptional.

Dom was great. My family has been with this location through 2 name changes and the customer service has always been consistently great. They actually listen to you and do not just say "Customer Service will have to handle this with TMobile now."

We had visited the t-mobile store on an earlier minor occasion and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. This time we needed major support on setting up our two new Apple 14 iPhones. We were greeted by Raina who along with Gage proceeded to help us. Both of the associates were very pleasant and efficient and we will certainly return to the store if we need any additional support. Outstanding service !!!

We recently returned to purchase a case and cover for our phones and this time was assisted by Matt. I also met Anthony, the store manager, and learned why the store functions as well as it does. He does a terrific job!

As an aside I would recommend using a "corporate" T-mobile store rather than a "franchise". The corporate stores are authorized to perform additional services the franchises can''t provide.

Adam was so amazing. He not only helped me activate service, but switched all of my information over and got me all set up. I thought my day was going to be stressful and he made it fun!!!

Adam was amazing!!! I always assume when going to the phone store, I'll come home more confused and frustrated then when I left, but Adam made sure to explain everything and set everything up for me so I wouldn't have to! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Today I stopped in T-Mobile on Tyrone and was so fortunate to have Dom (Dominick) greet me with such a friendly, positive attitude and then happily offer me the most exceptional help... starting with switching out the Sim card (no charge) & getting my phone to allow me to make calls again. Besides not being able to call or receive calls on my A23 Android, I had about ten specific issues which she patiently helped me through each one showing & explaining the procedure so that I'm sure I will have a much more satisfying experience in using & managing my phone. Not everyone seems to grasp what it's like for someone who didn't grow up with a cell phone in their pocket. I'm so moved by her kindness & caring that I could cry as she's really only the 2nd, maybe, third person who has taken the time & cheerfully helped a person who just hasn't had the wherewithal to figure it all out. Now I can't wait to put into practice all that I learned. THANK YOU DOM & may God bless you on your journey through this new world we find ourselves in. 🙏 😊

My wife just left the T-Mobile location on Tyrone Blvd at 38th in St. Petersburg. She had amazing customer service from Gage. Definitely recommend you stop by and visit this location. I'm grateful for their assistance in helping us with our internet solutions. We will be back!

Kelli at Tyrone Mall was the best technician I’ve had. She was able to upgrade my phone and offered me all the services I need while operating a business. She went above and beyond and was even taken care of multiple clients while taking care of me which really impressed me. She knew all the little tricks that made it a smooth transition to getting a new device and five stars is not enough for the service she gave. They need to make this woman the manager because that’s how good she is. You don’t find good customer service like this all the time, but she knew to ask me what my needs are and make sure I was taken care of by the time I left.

Gage was absolutely amazing!! He made the process so easy and answered all of my questions. I loved the friendly atmosphere, and the other workers were very nice and helpful too. Gage has a genuine and kind way about him. Thank you for all of your help!!

I had a wonderful experience there. Adam took his time was very helpful with everything. Set my phone up to help me with all my stuff. And did it with a smile highly recommend.

Had the pleasure of working with Jake yesterday. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with setting up our new phones, transferring data from my old phone to the new phone, and porting my number over to T-Mobile. I had a lot of data/pictures on my old phone and it took awhile to transfer over and Jake was very patient. T-Mobile has some great promotions right now and my husband and I decided to switch to them after hearing some really good things about T-Mobile. And we got new iPhones as part of their promotions. Thank you T-mobile and Thank you Jake!!

Dom, Dom, Dom is her name and Dominic was incredibly helpful to me 2 days ago.
I, who not technically adept, walked in with my Motorola phone and needed help with a few issues. No problem.
She went to work and guided me through what I need to do in the future (transferring photos to flash AND to my laptop, disable Google Assistant, guided me through upgrading to a new phone ( I asked about it!). She did it all with patience of a saint.
It was my lucky day.
