AT&T Store

Although I ended up not needing to change my service, Khalil was awesome with his help, and quick. The whole team had great energy and were keen to assist one another! Well done and I'll be back :)

Scaasi did a great job helping me find my black iPhone 14, transferring the data and applying my screen protector and Otterbox case. He helped me save same money on my accessories, too!

Mrs. Tiffany is amazing!!! I worked with her years ago call her and she told me she was at Milton so followed her there from Decatur....I had a great task I knew she would be able to help me with, Best Rep ever if you need help and excellent customer service Tiffany is the go to... 10 star experience!!!!

Nikki and Kyrra were super friendly and helpful. I threw a handful of “unique” challenges at them and they were very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks!

We were surprised with customer service provided by JAY.
We were confused with trade in option and other things to do when we go in the store.

Jay did really good job on explaining the products and available services. Especially trade in promotional offer.

We ended up with good deal with trade in value and next up.

Also got the mix and match of screen protecor

This gentleman helped me dearly after the executive (Leslie) sold me the lines left me stranded with fake promises. It’s hard to believe that this are the sales people of AT&T. Lucky the store manager and an exec at the store helped me out to clear some of the damages Lesly did.

Easiest experience I’ve ever had with AT&T. Christian answered all of my questions and solved my problem within no time!

Khalil Burbridge was amazing, we has an issue with our Samsung watch not connecting the the cell phone. We had tried tech support and gone to another att store. No one could help us. Khalil was not giving up he used his manager and Google and came up with a fix. We were delighted with his can do attitude and that he really wanted to help us.

Excellent store, representatives are friendly and knowledgeable to resolve any issues.

i visited the store a few weeks ago and was greeted and assisted by Alexis. She was phenomenal and extremely professional. Not only did she help out with the reason we came into the store, she listened to an offhand comment, acted on it, and was able to lower my bill. I was undecided on a purchase, but came back a few days later and was helped by Alexis again. She gave me helpful information to make an informed decision. I was very pleased with my experiences with her, and the other reps in the store. Everyone was friendly and engaging!

We just had the best experience ever at this store. Our salesperson Tra was so nice and Knowledgeable. He talked with my 16yr old about making adult decisions and the responsibility that comes with phone etc. He was very patient with her and went through her options with getting a new phone verses fixing her phone. He also could have sold her a more expensive phone but he helped her find the right one for her! I will always work with Tra from now on. We don’t even live close to this store but we will be back.

We had a great experience setting up our kids apple watches. Kyrra was very knowledgeable, professional and stayed overtime until we resolved everything. More places need people like her that makes you feel like a valued customer. Thank you we will be back when it’s time to upgrade our phones!

Gary was so incredibly helpful with us at the Milton store. He was so patient with all the upgrades and changes we wanted to make on our account. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the best plan for what we needed. We had so many questions and he made sure to take great care of us! We will definitely ask for him if when we need help again and highly recommend him!

Absolutely the best experience at this AT$T store. The manager Kyrra, greeted me when I walked in. Said I’ll be with you shortly. By the time I went to sit down she was right there. Everyone there was knowledgeable and very professional. Kyrra worked with me and I was able to place order for my new iIPhone. I highly recommend visiting this location for any of your device needs. I’m glad I went there and will continue going there for any future needs

I just switched from Verizon to AT&T and I am shocked by the cleanliness, professionalism, and dedication of this store (Milton) in particular. Typically I feel like employees in sales positions are very pushy and don’t truly value their clients. I overheard multiple conversations and I didn’t get that sense from a single employee.

If you go to this location, ask for Alexis. She took 3 hours to help me switch carriers on 2 separate occasions with the most patience I’ve ever dealt with from an employee. She fully explains everything to make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for and will go out of her way to do things that I’ve personally never received from someone in sales.

I visited to add an additional Mobile line. I was greeted and completely end-to-end assisted by Mr Willie. He was super helpful, patient enough to answer all my questions and offer right product. BTW I also exchanged my Samsung S20 to S22 mobile.

Initially the AT&T portal was slow. Otherwise everything went smooth. You have enough parking. This shop also offers accessories and other stuff related to Mobiles, tablets and wifi. Happy shopping.

I just had the most amazing experience purchasing a new iPhone and watch. Our service associate, Jaida, was pleasant, knowledgeable and very patient throughout the process. If you are ever in the market for a device please see her. You will not be disappointed! She’s amazing!!!

Jaida was the best consultant and helped us immensely with the entire process. She made it painless and was great at explaining everything in detail. Even patiently explaining things twice when we didn’t quite get it the first time. She also walked us through the accessories and provided insight as to which would be best for us.

I allowed my son in Seattle to purchase a new phone to my account. I spoke with the Seattle salesman (at and t) and gave permission for the purchase of the phone only. My son already had a phone line on my account. Long story short- Seattle guy changed my plan, added services and a new line, all without consent. However my home AT and T store rocks! Madeline and two young men (wish I wrote their names down) went above and beyond to help return my bill to normal. All three were professional, knowledgeable and best of all- kind to me.
