Rory is amazing and deserves a raise! He helped me find everything I needed and was super kind and informing. I needed a cover for my steering wheel and new wiper blades. Rory helped with the entire process and was even kind enough to install both items for me after I purchased them. I cannot think of a better experience, as he truly went above and beyond. Will definitely be returning and recommend this store to anyone who needs anything car related.

Matt was very informative and helpful on the phone with what battery my car needed. He helped me find the best wiper blades that I needed replaced as well. Both Matt and Max helped install my battery for me in the cold weather. They helped me so much and were genuinely nice the entire process. I can tell they know what they’re doing! I will only go to this Autozone from now on for any of my future needs because of how well I was treated and helpful Max and Matt were to me that day!

I had been experiencing an ongoing problem with my non-working taillights. I tried changing bulbs and fuses yet to no avail. Extremely frustrating. Claire, an incredible employee of AutoZone was extremely committed to not only helping me, but determined to solve my car issue. I need my taillights as I drive to and from work during darkness. Claire took it to the next level. She came out with me to my vehicle and tried a number of different solutions. After twenty minutes or so, she finally solved my taillight by identifying a few different fuses that I never attempted to replace. She did it! It worked! Such a relief. She is a rockstar and the team at the Mount Prospect location truly commits to the customer. Thank you Claire!!!

Great fast service. Received exceptional help from a young employee named Aiden. My family came in due to a broken head light and he helped us purchase a new bulb and fixed it in a few minutes. Very kind and answered all our questions while juggling other tasks in the store. Thought he was the manger at first with how professional he was but he said he had only worked there 2 months. Keep up the great work Aiden!! And thank you again for your help!!

Good guy staff member Ayden helped me with a few technical problems. Knowledgeable and very hands on, went as far as performing the replacement I needed with my Honda accord. Thanks bro

I was stranded with a dead battery. Was able to get the car jumped and showed up at AutoZone right before closing. Matt who works at the store help me diagnose the problem and then he helped me pick out the right battery and then he also helped me install and do all of the work outside to get the car running properly. I really appreciate Matt doing all of that work. Thank you very much!!!

I came in and was instantly greeted and asked if I needed help. A young man named JJ help me with a motorcycle battery and found it for me quick and easy. Good guy very knowledgeable. I will be coming to the store more often now cause Customer Service just isn’t like what it used to be but they still value it here at AutoZone in Mount Prospect. Thanks Jay Jay

This autozone is the best in the area, I use AZ all throughout chicago and the service is very inconsistent. This store however, the service is always great and CONSISTENT.

I visited thee Autozone, Mount Prospect, IL store to purchase a headlight for my car. JJ who completed his shift, stayed back and helped me identify the correct light for my car and guided me to change the lights on my car. He went out of his way after his shift time to help a customer. JJ provided excellent customer service. I could tell he loved his job and went the extra mile to help a customer.

The lady manager was awesome! I don't remember her name but she took the time to help me install a bulb. She realized I didn't need the one i picked out and refunded the item for me then helped me find exactly what I needed.

Jose was the manager who attended me and he was extremely helpful ! He changed my battery. Not only did he know what he was doing he also did it with a smile and friendly attitude. I appreciate his hospitality I will definitely go back for any future needs .

Two gents at this location helped me out when my rear left turn signal went out. They double checked that I was getting the correct part and even helped me to make sure I didn't make my issue worse. Much appreciated and I will be coming back here again.
