Nutrishop Simi Valley

I'm somewhat of an athlete and I regularly buy supplements online. But every once in a while I need to get things immediately. Nutrishop has a pretty good selection and usually find what I'm looking for there.

The sales associate Matt was super welcoming, friendly, professional, and personable. I love the guys energy, expertise & most of all passion. Would definitely be back based on my interaction with this individual. Keep up the excellent customer service!

I came in to do a simple body composition scan. I told Matt I was interested and he explained everything and more. Every question I had he knew the answer to and explained it in a way that anyone would understand. Legendary customer service! Matt knew more than any other nutritional employee I’ve ever spoke to.

The BEST customer service I've had at a supplement store. Ernie and Brizzy are amazing and make me feel welcomed when I come in. Getting back in the gym is notoriously difficult but they make it easy. Great products with even better people. Highly recommend!

Love coming here, they are friendly, knowledgeable about their products and the InBody Scan they offer (for FREE) is huge for anyone trying to get a relatively firm grasp of their improvements and macro requisites.

Nutrishop is a phenomenal family owned business that provides a plethora of supplements, protein powder, vitamins, etc.... you name it, that are suited to all individuals needs. The people in the store always take the time to answer any questions that you may have and help guide you in the right direction to reach your fitness goals. Utilizing the stores FREE Smart Scale is very motivating when I re-up on my products, so I can continue to track my weight, body fat, and fitness progression. This is the only place I will continue to use in the whole Conejo Valley and Los Angeles. Real customer here... I highly recommend John and Nutrishop

Had questions, but getting someone to help was nearly impossible, the guy at the counter was more interesred in hooking up than working. Got something and will try it out, but will go elsewhere next time

There is a girl who works there she is rude and always has bad attitude. She clearly hates her job and takes it out on customers. Honestly I do not recommend anyone going when she is there. When I need to buy protein I think twice from spending my money there because of her. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.
