Party City

Came in looking for lime green tissue paper. Ended up finding some other things that i needed.
The staff was very helpful in locating the elusive tissue paper. Place was clean & ghoulish. 10-2-2022 🎃

Ben (manager) and staff at are absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me to fill my large balloon order when the system accidentally cancelled it. They worked overtime to get this order completed and delivered on time. Can’t recommend Ben and this location enough!

Ordered birthday balloons from here and they came out lovely. I used the birthday blast balloon bundle and added the number 2.

The balloons are still holding up over a week later.

After 4 weeks of looking for a popular item that was in stock but couldn't be found an associate HELPED ME! She was amazing and helpful! Had alot to say about restick shift and I hope they get her ear full!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I enjoy going they and getting a lot of my party supplies.

The service was pretty good and the process to get my daughters balloon was pretty quick. This is about 42” and cost right under $10 to get done.

A nice overall party/costume store. The prices are pretty good compared to the costume store next door.

When I arrived to pickup an order I was greeted quickly and the assistance was great all through the visit. The person that assisted me realized that my order was missing two items and they were able to find one of the shorted items and help find a suitable replacement. Very happy with the staff and selection.

I love this store! The employees are always very friendly and don't mind showing you exactly where something is. Their balloon packages are really good as well. They have individual prices as well if you just want a few balloons, helium fill up is included.
Great options for candy to fill up your pinatas, which you can also purchase there.
Their Halloween selection is always a fun sight to see. Great costume selection and indoor/outdoor decorations.

Jen was so helpful finding what we needed even sourcing additional items at sister store in the next town. She even looked online for a better bargain than what the store offered as we are planning a wedding on a budget. Fantastic customer service. Will definitely shop here again! Thank you so much.

Often times going out in public with my disabled child we get lots of stares. Today we felt very welcomed and my daughter was overjoyed when the cashier, Olivia gave her a red balloon at checkout.

Love this place! Unfortunately my local party store in tacoma had closed down and was devastated at the thought of having to drive all the way out to federal way to go to a party city but by chance I happened to drive through the lakewood town center and noticed this party city which is 5 minutes away from me! The staff here is super helpful and have amazing deals on party supplies, even certain party supplies are marked 75% off! And when you are looking for something specific you can always check online to see if they have it in store or give them a call! 10/10 recommend this place for all your party needs!

They have quite a variety of party merch. Prices are decent. I was able to buy 'relatively' cheap toys for my son's birthday party.

Paper plates are expensive, to me. About $2.50 for 8. So I need at least 20, I'd spend almost $8 just on plates that'll be thrown away in a few minutes.

They have many different balloons for different occasions.

Had to find white hair spray at 10pm on the eve of Halloween. Store was still open and the night Supervisor was friendly and very helpful. Store was ransacked but the staff was very friendly and all had smiles on there face. Store is huge and has a large selection of party stuff.

Amazing! Much more affordable than most other stores. There was a huge selection of anything party!All holidays and most themes! Costumes galore, very helpful employees and attentive. Bought our costumes for half the price of Spirit superstores.

Jessica is amazing. I described what we were trying to do, and she helped us with aspects of the party we hadn't even thought of. She is an absolute asset to Party City... Her customer service goes above and beyond anyone else who would have just 'rung us up', bagged our purchase and sent us on our way.
