Helpful nice workers. Went in for stamps and there was a short line. The worker apologized for the wait which was not necessary . Also has a lot of parking

I’ve been going to usps for close to 6 years now. The staff are very helpful. They answer questions patiently and are very welcoming. Most of the times I was there, Meena was the one who worked with me and she is simply amazing.

Great service at this post office. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with whatever I need. They go above and beyond.

I usually get quick service here. One time a clerk misquoted me a shipping price telling me a media mail rate when I didn't have media. I came back to pay later and found out my shipping would cost double. The clerk wouldn't admit the mistake, so that was annoying. Generally, everyone is friendly and helpful and reliable though.

Horrible service at this post office. The staff is not at all courteous and will literally yell at you for not putting the right stamp or shipping cover. The lady with the thick Indian accent thinks she owns the place and talks as if she is doing you a favor. USPS should fire people like these and should hire people who are willing to help customers and are courteous.

I've been on hold for the last 2 days a hour or more every time I called, trying to contact anyone in the postal service "Period". I think it's horrible how you can't get in contact with one REAL PERSON to speak with in regards to your mail/package. I'm upset & completely dissatisfied.

I sent an return item to newjersey last 12 days before. It is still in postoffice. When i call back to USPS for getting details, they kept on hold for 15 mins each time. After calling back to them 5 times also i am not getting any reply, still it is in hold.

Mail carrier don’t pick up outgoing mail. I caught up with him and asked why? he said he forgot. I guess that's a joke !!! (31/12.2022)
