Sometimes seems like this place is designed to make your life as difficult as possible. Worthy of a third world country. Hit and miss, sometimes you get lucky and you can send something without issues.

Similar experience as others have mentioned. I try to reuse boxes when I can to save. The man behind the counter scrutinizes every package for any issue he can find. Refused to take my package because of a previous label/barcode was partially exposed, about 1/8 of an inch. Before I could finish asking if he had something I could stick on the edge to cover it or a black marker he said NO. Seems to happen only there. Took the same package to another nearby post office and they gladly accepted it. AND it arrived safely. I get it but maybe try to help the customer buddy.
