This is my post office of choice for a number of reasons. First they are open later than the other local offices and in my experience their lines are always a lot shorter than the other 2 offices that are closest to me (Cedar Knolls and Morris Plains). The lobby area is old but spacious and everyone that I have dealt with in the office is always extremely nice and helpful. Again, I am comparing with Cedar Knolls and Morris Plains, both have lines out the door and their customer service people are not terribly warm. Perhaps I would have a different opinion if they were delivering my mail but as far as dropping off packages and mail they have been great.

I had outstandingly good customer service here today! I had a couple of lengthier issues to take care of, but the postman helping me, Nimesh, made everything super easy and even let me stick around for a couple of minutes after they closed to make sure that my package got out today! I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went.

The woman who helped me out was very friendly and bubbly. I usually dread going to post offices because I usually receive rude service. But this location proved me wrong. Looking forward to going back in the future!

So New Jersey can lend money to fix up the place with the large amount tax money they have. I give 5 stars because of the people who work here

It's always nice to have postal employees brighten my day with kindness and help This post office exemplifies this! I wish they could train other areas to be like them.

Shipping rates are much more reasonable than UPS and FedEx. Staff is direct but helpful.

A full service Post Office. Make sure you go all the way to the back if the building because it's easy to miss.

We had a great experience here getting passports for a family of 5. Teddy was the clerk who helped us and she was super pleasant and made a depressingly expensive trip to Morristown as fun as could be! She knew what she was doing and we had some laughs along the way. Only issue is the camera isn't working there so bring your photos! USPS needs to update their system to reflect this change until the camera is fixed.

I'm not sure this deserves all the 1 star ratings it is getting...

Yes, sometimes the wait is quite long, and they do seem understaffed so they are not always able to either deal with lines or find things in the back quickly.

Overall the staff is helpful, and not unfriendly (they won't win any awards for customer service, but get the job done which is more important).

I have tried going first thing on a weekday and found it more busy than going in the middle of the day on a weekend - not sure if this is consistent.

In my experience, the employees and management there have always been professional and helpful at this post office. I am glad they are there. I use them all the time.

Regular post office. Convenient location. Not to crowded but always long waiting in line. It's challenging to find parking spot sometimes because there are many businesses around. This place have a lot of P.O. Boxes to rent.
As other people mentioned about mail hold it happened to me as well. My mail was being delivered for two weeks while on vacation although I've requested to hold it. Thankfully my neighbor noticed full box and took care of it.

Worst service ever possible . Don’t hear instructions properly and deliver to wrong addresses.
