I have consistently received great service from Jason at this post office. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Always a pleasant experience at this post office. Also a beautiful building

I saw lots of low stars for this office, so I was kinda scared in the very beginning. but I after going many times I really like this post office a lot. Staffs might not always smiling because they are really really busy. however every time when I stop by to send my packages, they give as much as help as they could. they gave me lots of advice of packaging ,helped me saving lots of time and money, gave me more options to safely send my gift out to my family and friends in or outside of country.

Friendly service and usually the lines, if any, move quickly.

Always happy with the service at this post office. I mostly bring all my small business packages through this post office after the Ridgedale post office clerk refused to scan my boxes. Morristown, and every other post office in the area, have been very accommodating.

I always have a great experience here - always efficient, friendly and helpful. Can we have the same at the DMV 🤣

Generally reliable but they tagged/scanned two of three packages that I sent yesterday as “delivered”, a mere hour or so after I dropped them off inside the post office’s drop box. As you can imagine, that caused confusion and frustration for the two recipients (who were tracking their packages online). The third package that I sent was tagged/scanned correctly though so who knows!

Wow closes 12:30 on Saturday? Don't want service, just want to check my mail. But can't even do that the freaking lobby closed too. Service though is great whenever you can catch them open.

The clerk advised me that I could not mail a package using their Priority Mail service in a "Flat rate" box that had been previously used. Incredibly, he would not accept my package even if I crossed out the words that said "Flat rate." I had to return with the package back to my office and repackage the shipment into a different (but virtually identical) box and then return to the post office. What a huge waste of time. Blacking out the words "Flat rate" would have accomplished the same goal and saved me time and aggravation.

They seem to have no outdoor mailboxes for after hours posting

They sent my mail back for no good reason. Even though I paid for the yearly subscription for my Po. Box. Including my international mail from Israel. Terrible service

They lost my package. Its been at this place almost a month and it hasn't moved

We went to this Morristown post office on December the 17th. To deliver an envelope with a brass replacement part of a light fixture, my husband came back to the car very disturbed because he said that the guy /clerk at the counter kept feeling the envelope as if trying to figure out what was in it instead of asking, and he told me that maybe he thought it was a piece of jewelry.. three days later the person that was to receive the envelope sent us a text with a photo showing that the brass piece was taken out of the envelope, my husbands gut feeling was right! Whoever did it..if they had half a brain they would have read that it was going to Grand Brass .not Grand Gold !!..You guys have cameras take look.I can tell you in Connecticut (the destination) the post office there well knows that Grand Brass is a lighting parts place the oldest in the country and that jewelery is not going there. And now my antique light fixture is even more incomplete effort wasted and another set back.
Anyway Morristown post office in case you are reading this, this happened on December the 17th 2021 at 3 PM and there was only one clerk there at window a man..it should be easy to figure out who it was. As for me I won't be coming back there because I don't trust my stuff will be delivered if it has valuables.

I walked into this post office with something to return and the man at the counter said they don’t provide or offer tape to retape a box. This is the first post office I’ve had this happen at and the man was extremely rude. Good old USPS ... pay the men to stand around and do nothing

If I could give this postal office zero stars I would. They are consistently rude for absolutely no reason. If i’m in the area and have to mail something, I refuse to stop and end up driving back home 20 minutes to use the office near my house.
