Recently moved from VA, and this staff made my insurance needs to easy! Grateful for them.

I've known Paul for over 5 years. He finally took over our insurance last year after several annual reviews where he told me "You're good - stay where you are". He wouldn't sell me insurance until he could provide a better product at a better rate. That's integrity. I highly recommend that anyone reading this have Paul at least look at your insurance. If he can help you he will. If he can't do better - he'll tell you that too.

Paul reviewed my policy and got me the same coverage for a whole lot less than I was getting. On top of that, when the renewal came, it didn't come with the standard 10% rate hike I had previously been getting every billing cycle.

Horrible, simply horrible. It's either just horrible service or an attempt to make more money. Simply looking a multipolicy for car and home. I NEVER GOT A QUOTE FOR THAT after 20+ email exchanges. NEVER! Erie for one and Progressive for the other. That's it. That's all she would offer. Then finally no more emails. Ive never experienced anything like it.

I find it interesting that you can't speak with a person but you can leave a message and someone will return your call by the end of business or they want you to e-mail them...where has the personal touch gone?
