Towne Storage - St. George

I’ve been keeping my things stored here since 2019. I’ve always had great customer service from Steve and the team up front. The place is always clean, lights work, elevators work, doors work. Plenary of carts for loading. I would recommend this location!! 👍🏻

Great customer service and Towne storage, when I was in a bind during the stressful portion of my mover they were there to help and made things much easier from storrage to uhaul rental they are the place to go too. They truly know what customer service is.

I debated to see how many stars I should rate this storage unit. We loved the storage place and hadn’t had any issues until we moved out. Steve who is the manager on Riverside Rd was a complete A-hole. We told him twice that we were moving out and he failed to give us a vacant sheet to fill out. After using the elevator twice, it broke and he basically said there was nothing he could do and told us to deal with it. We were on the third floor and had a 300 pound desk or so and other super heavy things we had to move Down the stairs. But then Steve failed to give us a vacancy form to fill out and we were charged for the next months rent even though we told him twice we were moving out. But I went it and there was a very nice young lady who helped me and was able to get a refund for me. That’s why I gave it five stars. Steve just sucks and should be fired. He also charged us $10 in gas to go two miles for the uhaul.

Towne Storage is awesome! They are so helpful and friendly. I rent uhauls from them regularly.

Rented a 24 hour uhaul from Towne Storage. They were helpful, professional and very clear up front so there were no hidden costs. Would definitely use again.

Steve is a great guy. He signs for my packages when I’m not there to receive them the facility is clean and gives you a sense that your stuff is safe five star rating all day long.

This facility is professionally run, managed and maintained. The facility is ALWAYS clean and swept and carts are always available and put back next to the elevators. The manager, Michael, and Sue are so great to work with and very nice about moving in and getting out. They were so helpful! This place comes highly recommended!

Mike is awesome! So nice and friendly! Very knowledgeable. He is very thorough as well. His system got updated and already passed the screen to offer a dolly. We told him too late that we wanted one so he just gave it to us for free. Such an awesome place and an amazing guy! Highly recommended!

This Towne Storage is awesome!

I walked-in with no notice and met with Sue who helped me find a storage unit to meet my needs. She was very personable and efficient in juggling the needs of multiple customers on-site but making each feel like a welcomed guest.

The facility is clean and conveniently located in St. George. I would recommend this storage to anyone looking for a great, no hassle experience locally.

This place set the bar high for against any other storage place I will ever go to again. They were not only nice but extremely helpful and really worked with us to make sure we’d be secure. Sue was a total boss. So kind and helpful. The Washington location was also great!
