Starbucks

Their early morning/opening crew are the best. Whether I put in an order through the app or go inside to place it, it only takes them no more than 2 minutes to get it out to me. They are the most friendly and welcoming staff you could ask for and they make a big chain like Starbucks feel more like a small, local coffee shop.

I have an expensive, prosumer espresso machine at home so I usually make myself an espresso based drink at home in the morning but sometimes I'm running behind and I always look forward to coming here when that happens.

While I can't speak for the rest of the staff here, the morning crew here is the best I've come across at any coffee shop. I've tried going to a Starbucks that is a little more convenient on my commute but it's not worth giving up the awesome crew at this location.

Thanks to Devyn!! I had an incredible experience at Starbucks on my birthday! Despite the crowd, the barista, Devyn, crafted my coffee to perfection. Her effort truly made my birthday reward special. Kudos to Devyn and the team for their exceptional service, even during busy times!

This has become my favorite SB in Leesburg. I frequent it weekly. While it is smaller and appears older than the others, it is a great little shop. The crew that works here are top notch. They all seem to get along which makes the whole experience that much better. It's also the perfect location to get in and out quickly.

Starbucks on Edwards Ferry Rd......
I am an avid Starbucks customer and normally go everyday. I am sure there are quite a few reviews on Starbucks but I wanted to talk specifically about one of the two (2) Starbucks in my area. I want to start off by saying that I am a picky customer when it comes to how I want my coffee but this just entail that I do not want Whip nor do I want Foam. I order a Tall, White Chocolate Mocha with no foam and no whip. I have to say that the Starbucks on Edwards Ferry Rd. gets my order right most of the time! Not only that……more times than not the taste of their drinks are on a more consistent basis…..not too sweet and not too bitter (just right)!. I have ordered the exact same drink at the other Starbucks location and for the most part, my drink always comes with foam (even when I ask for it not to) and the taste of the drink is NEVER consistent. I can go two (2) days in a row to the other Starbucks (not the Edwards Ferry Rd.) and the drink will vary differently from each other…..each time! The customer service is great at the Edwards Ferry Rd. location and if the order ever has foam and I ask for it to be removed it is handled in a courteous manner without the attitude!

Easily the best Starbucks in the area. Friendly baristas, drinks are always right, service is prompt.

Very convenient. We ordered online and picked up our order. The online orders are available on the table to the left of the door and are clearly marked with the name of the order.

The atmosphere iswonderful and the customer service was amazing at this location today!

I am beyond impressed with the customer service at this location! I am not from the area but I wish I was so I could frequent this location more often. The staff is a breath of fresh air; so polite, friendly, and hard working.
I have been in the area recently because my dog is getting radiation treatment down the street and every morning visiting this location makes a stressful emotional time a little less stressful. Being greeted by their upbeat and positive attitude can make anyone's bad day a little brighter. At this location not only does the coffee give you a pick me up but the staff's attitude about their job and just being genuinely happy also does. I have not witnessed this kind of service in a very long time.. other then maybe at Disneyland a few years ago. Whatever the management team is doing.. please give yourself a pat on the back for the awesome job you and your team are doing.. Please keep doing it. This place is a treasure and I really appreciate you all. ❤

By FAR the best Starbucks cafe in Leesburg. Will you have to wait for your drinks sometimes? Sure. Do they mix up some of the orders? Yes. Are they crazy rude or annoying like some other nearby Starbucks? NO. Plus even at their busiest they are MUCH faster than everyone else around here.

I love this Starbucks!! They are always so nice and I love how open and welcoming they are. I've never had any issues with then getting my order correct, and if you become a regular the baristas will begin remembering your regular order!

Overpriced of course, it’s Starbucks. Other than that it was a fantastic experience, the barista‘s were extremely friendly and open to small talk while they make your order. Currently you can’t sit down due to COVID but that makes up for the quick, easy, and clean environment of my local target’s Starbucks.

This store is the gold standard of quality in ever aspect. When I walk in, I feel like I’m a celeb with their morning greetings! Quality! It’s top notch!

Great customer service! They didn't have the Dark Roast coffee I was looking for so they added a shot of espresso at no cost. Tastes great as always. Thank you!

My kids love Frappachinos using Disney Snack credits or Birthday/Christmas gift cards at local Starbucks. Since it is a bit pricey for any consistency, I will stick with DD perks.

Great customer service and friendly people. They are always friendly, kind and prompt. Quick coffee and good quality.
