Panera Bread

I usually go to the Frederick Panera and I have to say this one blows that one out of the water! First of all, it’s super clean. No tables left unwiped, it smelt good and clean. But the food! 10x better! I usually get a cup of French onion and the caprese melt and what a world of difference. They didn’t hold back on any of the ingredients for the sandwich and it was made with so much more care! I will definitely start coming here more often!

The almond pastry was by far the best!!!! The broccoli cheddar soup and Baja bowl was also pretty good. The service was quick and the servers were respectful. I will definitely be coming to this Panera bread in the future ✌😎

This was my first time eating at Panera Bread.
They have a decent menu with a good amount of options and meal combos.
The prices are a bit high, but the was food fresh.
The portions are well sized.
There is plenty of seating and parking too.
Good place for a spot lunch.

Came here during the busy Sunday lunch hour between 1pm-2pm. There was an error with my order. I did the pick two soup/sandwich deal and was given a full soup and an entire sandwich which I didn’t want. To top it off I dropped my sandwich tray walking to my table. Keith the Manager was very kind. He made me another sandwich himself and gave me a refund for the original order which I was not expecting. Thank you for the excellent customer service Keith during the busy lunch rush.

Amazing food. Soups are great. It's a little pricey, but the quality is great. Lots of choices and desserts are also great! Food is usually prepared quickly, and customer service is fast and friendly. Restaurant is clean and cozy. Free wifi and even plugs for your devices should you want to sit and work.

Drive thru service is quick and friendly staffs.
Pick up is quick as well.

panera can be iffy at times but this panera in particular is great. the service is fast and the drinks and food tasted like every other panera bread restaurant. however i will be coming back the customer service was great

Amazingly friendly staff, generous with the protein, very quick service. Booths and tables social distanced, very clean. Love some Panera, and this location is exceptional!

Not liking that new menue, got rid of a few of my favorites,like no more pumpkin muffins,Why?

Richard was so lovely taking the time to offer my pooch a pup cup.
The man (don’t know his name) who keeps the place clean and stocked is so wonderful. A pleasure to be greeted by his uplifting attitude.

Excellent service. There was a very helpful young man yhere. The hazelnut coffee was out. He told me he would get it filled. I sat down. About 5 minutes later the younger man came to my table to let me know the coffee was ready. So polite!

Today I went to Panera bread here in leesburg and after I ate, I went back up front to grab a brownie for dessert. Unfortunately there were no more brownies, but Mr. Keith, was more than happy to offer a chocolate croissant, ON THE HOUSE! I was not expecting that. Special thanks to Mr. Keith for the awesome service. THANK YOU GUYS!

The food was really good, and everyone was very nice. The inside was also cold, which is a good thing because it was burning hot outside today. Very good, would recomend

Panera is a place i can count on all the time for great food. Their Salads and sandwiches are great. I personally like their selection of Tea's. Their Brownie is something i would recommend very very nice. Their soups and salads are also great. Their staff are always friendly.

The staff is great with service dogs, I was very pleasantly surprised.

I came here for dinner last night with my mom and my service dog in training (SDIT). I was nervous to bring my dog in because not everyone knows how to treat SDs and SDITs but the staff was great and it was obvious they've been trained on how to interact with SDs and handlers.

The cashier didn't acknowledge my dog at all while he took my order, he went about it like business as usual. (If you're not familiar with SDs, it's important for bystanders to ignore a service dog to make sure no one distracts the dog from its job, unless it is alerting to a handler's medical emergency; it is especially important to not distract a service dog in training).

After my mom and I finished eating and my dog was sitting on the floor next to my table, a second employee very calmly and politely approached our table and asked if my dog would like a pup cup. He didn't look at my dog, talk to him, or ask to pet him (which is how you're supposed to act around working dogs). I was so touched by how thoughtful the staff were. When that same employee brought my dog a pup cup and a bowl of water, he placed both bowls on the floor next to my table/in front of my dog and he didn't touch, look at, or talk to my dog. He was so kind while also being respectful of my dog.

As I said before, I was nervous to bring my SDIT to dinner with me because I have had people distract my dog, touch him, call attention to him, and even try to walk off with him. But the staff here treated it like it was no big deal, instead of calling attention to it, putting me on the spot, or treating me different than any other customer. They also respected my dog's space, status, and job, and made it a pleasant experience for him. It was nice that during his public access training, he was respected and rewarded for behaving like he was supposed to.

Five stars for having compassionate staff who are respectful of working dogs.

Been going to this place for a few years. Very good service. Just today they ran out of the type of bagels we ordered and the staff was very apologetic and gave us some free pastries for our trouble.

I always like going to Panera because their breads are fabulous their food is prepared to order not coming out of plastic bags or frozen cartons. What I like most is the coffee bar, the coffee always seems to be very hot which is important to me, and they have free add-ons like milk 2% milk and cream and creamers. I find Panera isn't exceptional value and a really good product. I've had issues with their app in the past because of the way it tracked location and proximity to a restaurant but any errors were undone fairly easily.

Fast service and friendly staff. Gordon took away my trash which was very nice. He was also friendly. The bathrooms were very clean.

We went there at 7:00 p.m. and they weren't very busy however the cashier was outstanding working with three small gift cards. And our food was absolutely delicious. My sandwich which is the avocado bacon and tomato, roasted turkey sandwich was wonderful.
