Definitely worth using their self serve dog wash. Don't have to bend over my bathtub at home and clean up everything afterwards. That, combined with the products and towels you can use are easily worth the cost. Highly recommend

Great place to go when looking for pet products. They have a wide selection, and it’s all at a really great price. It’s connected to the mall, which if you’re grabbing a few things, makes a convenient stop. I LOVE the fact they have so many cat trees to choose from, and many are on display for you to see what you’re buying. Would highly recommend shopping here over any other pet store.

Staff are friendly and really care about your pets. Our new go to as we used to go to Pet Food Warehouse, where you're lucky if someone even speaks to you aside from a transaction at the register. Thanks Pet Valu 👍

Pet Valu is fine place to visit for your pet's needs. They have a good assortment of products to please your best friend. Their associates have always been friendly and extremely helpful.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I was given more than one option for what I was looking for and they were very patient while I made my mind up. They explained each option to me and what it did. Very clean and well run store with lots of stock!! Highly recommend!!

The owners , Dr. Shruti ,Nipun and amazing. They take great interest in you, your doggie and truly care about their well being. They are very knowledgeable on doggie issues and offer great solutions .They have a way of making every customer feel special and are ready to to help at any given moment .

The other day my collie jumped into the lake .I made a call to Shruti to ask if I could just book the dryer at the self serve bathing station. She squeezed me in between appointments and on top of it didn’t even charge me for use of dryer. They really go the extra mile even providing samples on new treats and carrying your big bags of dog food into the car.

I can’t say enough about Shruti and Nipun and their generous hearts have a big generous heart .They make a difference in the community donating regularly to rescues and human society.
I highly recommend their store it always is fully stocked, very clean .The staff is very knowledgable , kind and friendly .They have many good sales and a 10 % senior rate every last Thursday of the month.

The owners of this store, Nipun and Shruti (the same ones who also own Lakeshore and the Corunna locations) are just...absolutely fantastic!! They are friendly, incredibly customer service oriented, they truly care about your pets and will go above and beyond in any way they are able. They are also well versed in pet care, I had previously gone to them before the veterinarian for a few issues. They were able to advise on certain products for only a tiny fraction of the cost and cleared up these problems by following the advice given.

I had written a lengthy review (which I tend to do only when I'm blown away and feel a business deserves the accolades) for Lakeshore a few years ago after such a great experience, which turned me into a regular; apparently however, after reaching out to Google, it was removed because it was believed to be "too good" and an in-house review. (I am not affiliated in any way just to be clear which I believe can be determined by my review history.) After being away for a good while as well as opting for online orders for some time, I went to London Road this morning and due to masks, we didn't immediately recognize one another. They knew they knew me, and even after a good amount of time having passed, literally remembered everything about me and my cat Skye (and our prior purchases), right down to incredibly specific and personal details I had shared...honestly I was quite impressed with the memory, yet somehow not surprised because this is just the level of service they offer to their customers, they really do care.

As for my experience today, there was a computer issue across all Pet Valu locations and their website, so a portion of my transaction could not be completed. Once it was sorted out (after I was home), Nipun actually called to offer to drop off my cat's food to me. Seriously, what business in today's World would even think of offering to do that for you?! I was also given a specialty bag of treats to see if my cat would like them (she did!) and the family ahead of me, all three children received huge Pet Valu balloons "just because" which I thought was such a nice and welcoming gesture to a new customer (I'm guessing since she wasn't aware of the bag rewards program yet).

Obviously I can not say enough in praise of these owners, you are not "just another customer" to them, as said at the beginning, they will go above and beyond for you. I can also say with much confidence since they have acquired the London Road location now as well, they are quite particular about their staff and work diligently on the right fit. So I have full faith in having only exceptional service whether they are present or not...now at all three of their location! 👌

I love the staff here, especially Amy!! My fur babies just adore her!! Very helpful, go above and beyond everytime I visit, know the products very well and remember my kiddies likes and dislikes!! Great deals and so willing to get in what you need and let you know restocking days!! Thanks so much!!

I have had exceptional customer service from staff anytime I go to Pet Valu from the old location to the new one. The new manager is very friendly and has great knowledge of products. This lovely sales associate signed me up for rewards the other day and took the time to answer any questions I had. I will be returning and referring friends of mine to shop at this Pet Valu!

Very friendly, great selection! “Hidden in plain sight” sort of gem! Many people go to the “other” pet store in town, due to location, however, this one is SO much better.

Clean, well organized and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Store is located at the mall, therefore, parking is available.
I still will continue to go to this store even though there was a price discrepancy once for a $1.

Great customer service and great quality products. No more expensive than the big Walmart centre store we-shall-not-name! My cats love the canned food. My dog loves the treats! The dog Wash is very convenient, I plan to use it often when my Newf is full grown.

Thank you for letting me do a last minute, and very quick pick up for skunk shampoo! Miika smells a lot better already. Hopefully just a couple more baths to get rid of this. The lady on the phone was very sweet and made me laugh through the ordeal. It was appreciated ☺

I take my dog here for the bath and she loves it! Lots of options for shampoos and conditioners. $10 is awesome. I like that the pet baths are higher up so you don't hurt your back.

I brought my new dog here who is very still unsure of new people and the staff was fantastic with him! They took extra time and treats to make him feel safe and comfortable. I am very pleased with the service I recieved everytime I visit this store!

I was there and was looking for a product, The lady working there found it just after I left and called me to tell me she found it. It's hard to find such amazing customer service! I felt like a valued customer. I'm relocating to sarnia and will be purchasing all items I need from that location!

Can't beat the $9.99 dog wash. Everything is provided (a variety of shampoo, blow dry, dog treats, clean towels), and great systems to keep your dog in the tub. The best part is no clean up!
