We have been regular customers of this location since it opened and the staff always makes us and our 3 dogs feel welcome. I would like to especially thank the ladies that are usually there during the week in the evening - great customer service and you always have great advice on products. It’s easy to spoil our dogs when we love going there. Thanks again!

Can always find something for our dogs here!☺We’ve bought winter gear, toys and cat litter for the cat. Quality is great with the clothing and they carry XL sizes for our big boy. Staff is always friendly and eager to ask if we need anything. Love the fact that they have different events going on such as Christmas photos with Santa. The weigh machine comes in handy at the front! They have frequent sales going on with toys. Some things are expensive but they have affordable items too.

Sunny ( puppy) and I came to visit Rens this afternoon. Amanda & Zoe were kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable about answering my puppy questions and suggesting products suitable for our needs. It was a wonderful experience for both myself and Sunny.

Good selection pleasant staff

This store is in a nice location. When you walk in, there is a large selection of different foods to choose from for your pets.

The biggest problem I had coming into this store for the first time was the fact there was almost no selection of cat trees to pick and choose from. You walk along their wall and there were 3 options, all of which were really expensive and small. I was very hopeful walking in thinking they would have a few choices, but left disappointed. I wouldn’t suggest shopping here if that’s what you were considering. Instead try Pet Valu located at Lambton mall.
