Phenomenal experience. Leanne ( I apologize if the spelling is wrong) was fast, friendly and made sure I had everything I needed at a price far better than the competition offered. AND....... it was readily available. Top notch all the way.

Not the greatest auto parts place, the experiences that I have had they lack any real customer service training. I have not been there in a while, but this is why I stopped going. If the customer is not your top priority as a business then you are doing it wrong.

The Sarnia store refused to let my dad pick up an online order worth under $30. He provided the invoice and had the same last name. Once the store confirmed the order was ready for pick up the price went up $6. I only made the order online because there was no mention its in stock at the store it said it would be ready several days later (insinuating its not stocked at the store) but it was ready same day. For some reason you save money ordering online but its a lot more hassle. In my experience Napa has the most expensive parts in town, I know because I call around each time I buy parts locally.

Stopped this morning to pick up an online order. Big sign out front says open for curbside pick up. The employee I spoke to on phone tells me I can come in and get my order. I ask about curbside pick up. Says no our doors are open.
I have my toddler with me so I do not have time to unload and load him.
Maybe change your sign if you do not have or offer curbside pickup
