Kimball Appliance is all about service. Rayleen was the first contact I had in the store. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Next, Bill and Brian, who delivered my appliances, are extremely professional and respectful. They took the time to explain how everything worked, I went back to purchase a washer and dryer and met Nick who is the owner. He took his time with me going over the pros and cons of the different manufacturers. Another great thing about Kimball’s is that they have things in stock! All in all shopping at Kimball’s is like shopping at a store from the past. A place where they really care about their customers and it shows.

Nick got back to me within minutes when I needed a washer and dryer. They accommodated my work schedule and came right on time and were very fast, efficient and friendly! Will do business with them again :)

I got a new washer and dryer from Kimball Appliance. Fast delivery! Nice delivery workers were very considerate and careful with moving my pantry to make room for the new machines. They took the old machines away free of charge. Also, when I discovered a computer setting error on the dryer, they came the very next morning after I called and fixed it no problem! I am happy.

Kimball Appliance provides a personal touch that is rare to find. From start to finish, the process of replacing all my appliances was closely supervised, surpassing my expectations. Kimball's worked around my crazy schedule to accomendate delivery. They provided expert delivery service with knowledgeable personnel who knew their products. They took their time to measure and prep the appliances for a smooth installation without any damage to the appliances or my home. Best customer service we have experienced anywhere in the area at a retail store selling appliances. Higher quality appliances than any of the “big box” stores and the one on one attention from employees that actually know their products was refreshing.

Amazing experience with my new GE Cafe Induction oven after a big box store damn near burned our house down on the third delivery attempt of a damaged product. Thanks to more big box store incompetence we were without an oven for over a month during the holidays. Kimball has some of the only certified GE techs around. If you read the fine print of your GE warranty it starts with proper installation or is voided if not installed correctly. Go to Kimball! They were friendly, fast and they know their stuff.

We bought a bed for our new apartment, and the moving-in date kept being postponed. Kimballs kindly stored the bed for months until we finally got the go-ahead to move in. They promptly delivered the bed and set it up so we could sleep there the first night. We are grateful for their kindness and helpfulness.

I recently shopped at Kimball Appliances for the first time, and couldn’t be happier with my choice! I was replacing multiple kitchen appliances and had specific features I was looking for, and ones I didn’t need. Raylene helped me throughout the process and was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with. I also can’t say enough about how great the delivery team was: thorough, careful, paying attention to all the details, and cheerful as well. Just a great experience all around. I’ll be back for my next appliances!

Very good experience. I purchased a washing machine from them. The Sales Lady was very helpful. They delivered the next day at a reasonable cost. I did purchase the 5 year extended warranty for the washer through Kimball themselves. Hopefully I wont need to use it anytime soon, but if I do, I guess we'll see how that goes.

The delivery gentlemen were very nice. They were very respectful/careful of my house when they delivered the appliances. They care about their customers and will service everything they sell. Installed stacked front loader, difficult access and extremely tight laundry room. Fit perfectly, washer & dryer working well, plumbing, electrical and venting connection good, extremely tight laundry closet - Thank you !

My washing machine broke. Went to Kimball Appliance to see what I can get. Nick knew what we needed. And he pointed us in the right direction. Not the most expensive one either. If I need another appliance or bed or anything else the store sells, you can bet your bottom dollar that I will return.
