I hate when they make you pull over from the drive thru window to wait on your order because they want their bosses to believe that they moving orders out fast when really about 3 of us are parked to the side waiting for them to bring our order

Extremely courteous staff, even at shift change time.

So great & professional for it being late. I usually always have such a hard time at fast foods going late but they did not rush me on the speaker! Got my order correct, let me check my order at the window without getting an attitude! & all my food was fresh! I really appreciate y’all service 😊 I don’t know where my receipt is lol but that night staff needs a raise!!! I went around 10p.m. Thank you again 🙂

I Jus Left There! I Will Literally Drive From Nederland To Groves To Get Wendys! The 1 On FM 365 Is Trash! Their Food Is Horrible And They Never Have Baked Potatoes, Hot Food, Ice Etc!:( Also They Only Add 1 Slice Of Cheese To A Dave's Single When It Suppose To Be 2) If You Want Great Food Go To Groves! They Haven't Disappointed Me Yet! Don't Waste Your Time @ The 1 On FM 365!

Fantastic food, service, quality, and staff. We've been going to Burger King for lunch the last 4 days, they never get the order correct, short us food and don't put everything on their burgers. Oh,, and terrible staff, unfriendly and short us on our change. They are going to be reported to the main office. Wendy's is our new fast food restaurant.

Everything was great! Only drawback was we asked for a spoon with our chili and didn't get one. Had to run inside and grab one.

The food is good and the service is good. I like the $5.00 Biggie Bag is a good deal for the price.

Great staff good food. A few indications of shady or sketchy vibes. Be very careful I would suggest collecting samples of food n beverage at random times for lab testing lol

My husband and youngest child go there a lot and the employees are all kind and do the best to make the experience there amazing.

Been here several times. Even when they have long lines at the drive thru, it moves quick, employees are nice, and my order has been accurate. Everything I need at a fast food joint 🙂

I had excellent service today in the drive thru. Erica gets a high five from me. Great customer service, very patient, and extremely kind. She should be over customer service training for this district.

I love their salads. I always get the large size. When ordering I always get an extra nugget & fry, lol. Wendy's ice coffee is pretty good too...

I go to Wendy's cause my kid's love they 4, for 4 meals and they Customer service is Good at Twin city Wendy's and they are very fast with getting your order out to you.
