Whataburger

I just want to say that the cashier/ manager Jeani Bell, is always very kind, pleasant and professional when I visit this whataburger. She makes my experience great, and worth spending my money. Now a days, it's hard to find kind and pleasant people working in the fast food business, but she takes pride in her job and the food is cooked to perfection. Thank you Jeani for your service

Jasmyne is such a breathe of fresh air. So kind and attentive when we entered the restaurant. Brought our food to us and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious .

It's a fine place to eat in my opinion a tad bit expensive but good food best fries overall I enjoy this place

Whoa !! Quite an amazing experience. Everybody was so nice, smiling and caring about us. Meal was great and the staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. Restaurant is very clean.

I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwhich and added Avocado... oh my gosh. I love their burgers but this chicken sandwhich was the best I have had from anywhere. It was juicy and had just the right amount of kick. I also got a large fry and of course their fries are always good. Their service is usually pretty quick and they are usually very friendly.

Food was worth the wait, always busy but that's a plus because the food is fresh, no stale, soggy French fries.

If you've never been to one of these places...GO!!!! Their burgers are perfection!!! The whataburger sauce I could put on literally everything and love it... We didn't wait long on our food, the staff is courteous and friendly, the store was clean, and their wasn't a long wait to have our order taken or even to get our food.

I live in Beaumont and have to deal with the terrible service and employees over there. But this location here in Groves, is the best experience I’ve had. Amazing service.

The staff was very nice and the manager was even better,she made sure everyone was doing their job and stepped into to help as well.The place was really clean and food was hot and fresh. Everyone had gloves and masks on which is a plus. I'll be returning soon.

Whataburger is a place that reminds you of the good old days. That being said; be careful what time you go. Everyone else usually gets the same idea. The food is always hot and fresh. I had the patty melt which is an amazing sandwich to say the least. And don't be surprised if its a little pricey. You get what you pay for. Stop by if you're feeling nostalgic or you just want to switch up the game. You'll be glad you did.

I went through the drive in on this visit and ordered my go to, a jalapeno burger. They always put an ample amount one it. Tasty and juicy. Even though they were busy the wait wasn't unusually long, it does take time to cook to perfection and add all the trimmings. Then it's delivered to you hot not warm. The area outside the building was clean and neat. This particular store does have some covered outdoor seating, though it is close to the roadway. If you like burgers, I say stop by when your in the area and give them a try. They have breakfast items as well that are served 'till 11 AM.
