Burger King

It was good. I was walking and I went in and I asked a manager if I could possibly get a cup of water.... She was very nice to me I was handed a small cup I was very appropriated. She was very nice to me.I will go back when my money gets here. Ill spend money there any time.That showed me that she doesn't care that I didn't have any money. To me that meant a lot to me... People seem to look down on people that doesn't have money all the time.. Thanks to the woman who treated me with dignity.....

The day crew of Hispanic women rock. When it is said women multitask better than men, these ladies apply the theory. I ordered my meal, grabbed my cup, went soda machine, and she was standing behind me handing me my meal. She actually caught me off guard because I did expect to be there behind me. I was out with my meal in less than 8 minutes because I only had 15 minutes to get to my class.

Based on my most recent visit, friendly, the order was hot and correct. Whopper Jr. and the wraps are my favorites.

I had a very long day today. Two Dr's. Appointment in Beaumont and Baytown then drove to league city hospital to visit my cousin who just had surgery. Stayed about an hour, then drove back to Port Arthur. The only thing I had eaten today was oatmeal around 11am. So I was starving. All I was thinking about on the drive back was an impossible burger meal with a milkshake. Well I drove straight to burgerKing, & i went inside, mainly so I could stretch my legs. The young man who took my order was very nice. I believe he was the manager because he had on a black shirt and was dressed differently from the other employees. My food was fresh, hot, & very good. My whole experience was refreshing because I was very tired and starving. I definitely will be back. This was about 6:15pm.

The food was good and service was great. Nothing wrong with my order and food was out quick.

They fixed my burger exactly as I requested. The crew on duty definitely communicated and were in sink.

My burger 🍔 looked just like the photo on the menu when I ordered the extras to my burger order.

If I am paying for extras, I want to visibly see them.

I wrote a review a few months ago, and wasn't that good. I recently went into burger king and was surprised. It seemed like a different place then before. All the employees were busy and the place was real clean. I give credit to the assistant manager who was on duty at the time. I looked at his name tag, and his name was Brandon. He was very professional and well spoken. Keep up the good work B, people do pay attention.

I visited this location today and received great service without a long wait. Thank you Twin City location.

Had a bad experience a few years ago and stopped going. I decided to give another try and I've visited a fews time in last 6 months and not sure if they have new owners/management but employees have been friendly and happy to serve you.

A good place to grab a quick bite with the family. I love bringing my son there and just enjoying his company. It's a good place to sit and visit while you eat some lunch. The employees are very kind also.

2 front cashiers were amazing. I had a big order and they were on it as if I asked for a cup of coffee. My 2 sons with me said they were good.

Food was fresh,service was very slow...usually customer service is on point but we all have bad days...food was fresh um good with that

I didnt like this particular location, waited 15 mins to get a combo and burgers were cold. The only thing that was good was the ice tea. I asked for a refund and it was granted.

They were nice and polite to everyone. They even had a very bright smile for you and said for you to have a nice day, also to take care.

Very quick and great tasting food 😋 versus the northeast I'd say they outdo fast food in northeast

You absolutely rob em blind with there chicken nugget deal. It's actually cheaper to buy cooked chicken nuggets than it is to buy frozen ones from the grocery store. Insane. Nuggets for days. Nuggets as far as they eye can see. Rollin' around in em. A sea of delicious golden brown nuggets. There hamburgers are aight too.

Your average fast food restaurant. The staff were friendly and the drive-thru moved quickly. The food was all hot and fresh.
