Love this store. Very friendly employees, great selection of items, nice clean store, and nice wide aisles. Spent $318 on groceries there.

Things I am looking for. For me to do my craft items, balloons , bears, and candy

I am very happy with wal marts curbside service. The employees are very kind.

Auto center workers were awesome. Bought tires and they were not only helpful but friendly and did their work quickly. Was in and out in bout an hour. Not only were they great workers but they made you feel like they were happy you were there. Would recommend them to anyone! Great experience! Good job!!

Typical Walmart! Everything you need is here. I find myself coming here everyday after work. Only issue is it isn't open 24hrs anymore. We really would appreciate it going back to that.

It's Walmart. They pretty much have everything you need and usually a one stop shop for us.

I was shopping day before yesterday and received help from a wonderful young lady named tatum she knew exactly what i needed and went out of her way to help me and my wife. her customer service was amazing and she knew exactly what we were talking about and even brought us to the section so we could have more options to choose from she made last minute shopping a lot easier than we thought

Very convenient, and I'll keep it at 5 stars even though I'd like to see more cashier help for customers. One or two lines open and then forcing everyone to go through self scan is unacceptable. But it's an overall great store.

Wal-Mart is my go to store. Haven't had any issues finding what I need. Customer service is always top notch. The lines get backed up once in a while, but it's worth the wait.

I hear some people complain of this Walmart sometimes but I myself have never had an issue with it. My experiences have always been smooth with no issues. The place is generally clean and maybe I'm just lucky but I have yet to come across a rude employee.

We always make stops at Walmart to get what we need. Today we got my Mom's medicine and a few items and we were able to get out quickly. Getting there early helps for sure. Only negative is the front restrooms are still out of order and you have to use the back restroom

Don't remember the cashier's name, but she was awesome. She's a keeper. She's an elderly white lady, white hair and she wore glasses. She's also short, but was very courteous to my husband and I. Fast friendly service. I would rate you guys a 10 if I could.

This Walmart provides excellent customer service. Rico has handled my curbside order twice. He is cheerful respectful and very kind.

In the automotive section, Roshanda and Elliott went over and beyond to assist me with my purchase.

Even though I live in Beaumont I'd rather travel to Port Arthur to shop at that location, it's not as crowded as the Beaumont store.

If you haven't used the curbside pickup at this Wal-Mart, I highly suggest it. The members of this pickup crew are top notch. They always come out with a smile in any type of weather. They seem to genuinely enjoy being there which is a nice change of scenery from every other pickup in the area. Dont take my word for it, give them a shot, you won't regret it.

I'm not from here and after a busy day you can only imagine how drained I was , a employee seen me in a dazed and offered helped, 3 employees in a contribute to me getting everything I needed for my dad who have just had major surgery....TO THE EMPLOYEES IM SORRY I DIDN'T GET YOUR NAMES...I TRULY APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME

This store is really nice. The pickup area makes it the place to go if you're picking up something you ordered online. The layout of the store is different, so I usually don't shop there for major groceries. (It's nothing against them; I just like to know where I'm going.)
