Coffee shop in the heart of historic Newburyport. You can get all the usual foods and beverages. Every time I’ve been here on a summer weekend has been super busy, so the servers deserve extra patience. Better yet order on the app. There probably won’t be a place to sit.

Typical Starbucks in downtown Newburyport. Clean and neat. Friendly staff and in a town filled with coffee shops and bakeries, it is one of the only ones open at 6 am! Shocking, but a good business move for sure...

I've always liked this Starbucks. I think it's because it doesn't feel like a typical Starbucks; it's not as big/open or modern feeling and the seating is limited. It makes me think this is the type of experience the company was originally trying to capture before if became the Dunkin alternative. Whatever it is, I love this Starbucks - can't wait to go next time I'm in town.

Meghan and her team at this Starbucks are top notch. It’s always busy and they handle it with grace. Messed up orders are always remade with a smile. Everyone is always in a good mood and accommodating, which is tough for a busy store. Love it here!

Great location in the beautiful town of Newburyport. Rustic with a nice ambiance and the baristas were both super friendly and accommodating!

The few times i have been here i have gotten the same drink and let me tell ya it was amazing both times i got it! Would recommend this location if ur in downtown NBPT and want starbucks! The service is always fast and efficient and the workers are super friendly! They have always gotten my orders right! Keep up the good work guys!

This location is lovely! The customer service is spectacular. I bought a reusable cup yesterday which the cashier washed for me before using. Even when I dropped my straw he didn’t hesitate to wash it again. Love it :)

I needed a quick cup of coffee before playing a gig on the Newburyport waterfront. I would have taken even the worst cup of coffee, but Starbucks is my favorite - CONSISTENTLY GREAT - unlike the other big New England chain. Even though they were busy, service was fast, friendly, and courteous, as always with Starbucks!

The Newburyport Starbucks is the best one I have been to. As a regular, I know that going, my order will be right (to perfection!) everytime. Tim is absolutely wonderful. Has a positive attitude every time, and makes an effort to know your name.

This starbucks has some really product savvy and kind workers. This morning I had asked a question to male barista about a coffee and he gave an excellent description, personal preference and a few other options and their descriptions. Him as well as his cashier counter part were friendly and greeted me with a smile even at the unpleasant hour of 6 A.M

Why bother to review a Starbucks, you ask? My answer: the closing Sunday night team at this Starbucks has got the hang of customer service and vibe. The music was on point (a little Nick Drake here, a little AC/DC there, topped off with some Zeppelin) and the drinks came out quickly. My caramel macchiato tasted like it was made with more care than usual. The place is clearly the town middle school hang but the layout is nice and it felt cozy, regardless of the gaggles of giggling gals. It's really nice to see a franchise location take what they do seriously and have fun while they do it. Go get 'em, Downtown Newburyport Starbucks.

I am a partner on vacation and came to Newburyport for my coffee. Everyone was so friendly, outgoing and sweet. I look forward to going back for the duration of my vacation!! Great staff, clean interior and my drinks were spot on!

I am a regular at the Newburyport Starbucks (weekends and vacations anyway). I order the same drink (going on 16 years now). Today I was talking to one of the new managers (Meghan - May have spelled it wrong). I was complaining about a sore throat and she suggested I try a “medicine ball” tea. It was amazing and is the first thing I’ve found to sooth my throat in a week. I’ve already been back for a second. Thank you for taking the time and helping.
