I would highly recommend anyone needing glasses to make an appointment at the Silsbee office location. I purchased my glasses last year and the arm broke on one side. I found the exact same frames and took them in to have the lenses swapped out. Stacia was very professional and courteous. It took no time at all for this repair. I will return to this location for all of my eyewear needs.

Had such an amazing visit! They did so good with my son with making sure he was comfortable and not scared. They also made sure my youngest who came for the ride was happy. The dr explained everything perfectly and when you didn’t understand she helped even more with explaining things. Kim in the front was beyond amazing! She helped my son and i pick out glasses that we liked and looked good on us. All the lady’s up front were so nice. Definitely will be recommending them to friends and family!

Val was amazing. She was very thorough and she communicated with me through the whole process. She also answered all my questions and was very gentle. Kim was fantastic as well. She set me up with the best glasses and options for me and my vision plan. I won't think about it twice when it comes to my needs. I know I'll reach out to this team. They're the best!

Seamless service. Thank you ladies for an awesome experience. Now 1 year later the lenses are failing. Called told me they were out of warranty. Never have I ever had lenses that crack from the top down vertically. Seems like a manufacturing defect. Bye $500.

The team here is amazing! They are all friendly and the optometrist is very detailed and did not rush the process. Most of my previous experiences have not been great as far as the optometrist taking the time to make sure I was getting the right prescription. Kristen was also amazing. She explained the insurance and how to get replacements if I were to lose a contact or tear a contact. I have 33 years in customer and patient services and this team has it all. I highly recommend using MyEyrDr in Silsbee, Texas!

A very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Kim and Dr. Abdul were really thorough and answered all of my questions. Kristen was very helpful when choosing my glasses and making sure I had just the right frames.

I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in years so I was nervous about going in after so long but everyone at the location I went to in Silsbee made my experience so easy and comfortable! Kristen was so helpful with helping me pick out my glasses and sunglasses! She is such a sweet person and I will definitely be back! I already sent my mom there too 🤣❤

I absolutely love this place. The girls in the front are so sweet and spent a ton of their time picking out glasses for me to try on. I’m super picky but they were so patient and found me the perfect pair! It is a very nice and professional office.

Everything was great from the moment I walked in! From the ladies at the desk to the lady doing the pre- work up, to the dr, to Kim hooking me up with glasses! This is my first time trying contacts and they helped me and showed me how to do everything that I needed. I’m thankful for the great experience!

I came here today for my first eye exam in ten years! I absolutely loved the staff I got to talk with! They were all super sweet ladies, very quick with their job and a really nice and clean office! I would definitely recommend! I only wish I wouldve remembered to get their names! 😊

My first appt here and everyone in the place is nice, and helpful. Dr. Abdulmujib is very sweet, informative, and answered all my questions. And Kim was very helpful with picking glasses and talking about pricing. I would definitely recommend.

The staff members are courtesy and friendly.. The Dr will go the extra mile to help and understand your situation..I felt very comfortable talking with her. She does a thorough exam and will be upfront and honest. The young lady in the lobby was willing and patiently waiting to see if you needed help picking out your frames..

I came in needing more contacts, Doctor and technician did amazing on my exam. Mrs. Kim was phenomenal ordering my contacts and taking care of payment.

Fantastic staff, the Manager Shae Chapman helped me with my glasses with no attitude or complaints. Lovely place. 100% recommend
