Starbucks

This is the best Starbucks service I've had in a while. The workers are patient and always smiling. They make sure that each customer has a great Starbucks experience. Not only are they nice, but also super efficient. I went back every single day of my vacation because the service was so amazing! When you go, make sure to give them a great tip as the workers deserve :)

The Starbucks at Hard
Rock Atlantic City. The mermaid engraved on the wall makes this the most beautiful, mysterious Starbucks I have been to so far!! It is so romantic to have a mermaid next to you while you enjoy every little sip❤.

This Starbucks is tucked at the left corner of the entrance. Staff here are nice and kind make excellent coffee. Only thing is that the price is a bit inflated from normal Starbucks maybe cuz of the location.

Everything was good. There didn't seem to be an order ahead option. for this location but the latte. was nice and the basita were warm and friendly and accommodating when I asked for an extra cup. no complaints and they also had a great selection of Starbucks merchandise for purchase and their coffee grinds too

Got ripped off here today. What I ordered was posted $9.25. At register they were ringing up $9.85. Guy behind counter said it was taxes. I said he was wrong. I asked for a receipt and he begrundgingly gave me one. I didn't fight with manager because I am so sick of getting ripped off in AC and having to argue with everyone because they can't do there jobs. Cost me an extra $3.00. I thought this was illegal. I ll just complain to the state.

Staff was very welcoming and kind however quality of products was horrible. Visited Oct 23, 2022 with family and ordered $50 worth of cake slices. When I returned home I noticed a slice actually had green mold all over it. This prompted me to check the expiration dates and the cakes expired the end of September.

I ordered two items that they ended up not having. I used a giftcard. They were unable to void the transaction and provide our giftcard back. Instead, we were forced to get items we did not want or call starbucks corporate, which we know would be a lost cause. Starbucks, are you kidding? Please send me a new giftcard.

On the 26 of August I ordered 75 dollars worth of items, I ordered 8 lemon cakes and all of them said July 8th 2022. Why are they selling expired items? I would like this put back on my comps, horrible service.I made several attempts to contact manger no response, always a recording.

Such incredibly slow service. Took 20 min to get a grande cup of coffee. Married was so very rude. There were about 20 people in line behind me and only one register open. When I made the suggestion that it would probably be helpful to open it up another register considering there are a total of four people behind the counter, I got a snarky remark and a fake smile. I'm going to be contacting management about her attitude.

Waiting is long and they didn't give complete order of beverages, then give the other te cold. Attention is so bad

I ordered iced Americano and a new drink around 11 a.m. today, but the male staff paid for one more of our items, saying that the chocolate was not paid. Please check the receipt
