If I could give more stars I would. This customer service experience was unlike any other. I went in to see about upgrading my phone, and Evan gave me the deal of a lifetime! I ended up leaving having spent under my budget, with more than the phone upgrade! I got devices for my husband and me, watches, Airpod Pros, and even an IPad! My monthly bill is going to be *less* than it was, with all of those devices! Evan was so easy to talk to and truly made me feel valued as a customer of T-Mobile. I was thoroughly listened to and taken care of. These folks at T-Mobile (especially Evan) are actively trying to save you money rather than make money off of you. I didn't feel rushed, I was comfortable and left feeling like a million bucks. If you're going into this store for *anything* ask for Evan. He will provide a wonderful experience for you, especially if you're someone with social anxiety like me.

Evan was amazing we had an amazing experience he could sell water to a drowning man we got so much stuff for such a good price and a good monthly price as well would recommend to anyone

I went in today to a TMobile on Bluff St in St. George Utah on11/28/2023 and a young man named Jus helped me he was great. But all of them were also. Very smart and officiant young men. Was way busy but they help them all. Then he set my new Wi-Fi up and programed it while helping another person. I was totally impressed a shout out to your company and experience of your staff and courteous to all of us .

Andrew was fast and kind when helping me. I love T-Mobile. They have always been so good to me and I’ve never had any problems! I’ve been using them for years and won’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend for your phone needs!

I went into T-Mobile to get something somewhat complicated done on my account, considering that I’m on a budget. I wasn’t able to get it figured out quite yet but I just want to say that the associate, Ricky, was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. He was trying to do everything in his power to help me even though my requests were a bit unconventional. I just want to say that I so greatly appreciate when associates are patient with me and hear out all of my questions and Ricky most definitely did. And at the end, when after an hour I realized that I needed to go back and do some more research, he didn’t even get slightly annoyed that I pretty much just wasted an hour of his time. Anyways, I just wanted to come on here and say how much I appreciated that.

They have this tart green apple smoothie that is just heaven. Well all the smoothies are good. I have vanilla ice cream on top rather than Mixed in. Those are both options. Their food is good too. I took a friend with me this time just for the smoothie. It's clear in Colorado City, so it was a drive. Who doesn't like a road trip with a reward at the end? Their prices are very reasonable. The flavors are amazing.

Spencer was awesome! He patiently answered all our questions with friendly service even though it took us some time to decide. When we needed some extra help they weren’t hesitant to offer up suggestions and solutions with the best customer service. Best experience at a T-Mobile store!

I had the opportunity to visit this t-Mobile store earlier this week to swap iPhones. Manuel Muniz assisted me with a very long and complicated process to switch from a XS plus to a 12 Pro. I can truly state the care, patience, and determination to overcome a number of problems was outstanding. Management at the location is very fortunate to have Manuel at the location. Based upon the support he provided this will be my go-to store for all t-Mobile issues and transactions. Thanks Manuel.

I moved here recently from Alabama and wanted to activate with T-Mobile, because of the fantastic coverage here. But I was worried about the sales associates doing shady things to me and my account (cause that's what I'm use to with Verizon) but I went into this T-Mobile and met Spencer. He helped me out a ton and didn't push me into any products or plans that I didn't need. Recommend doing business with him. Every other employee was kind and energetic but very grateful for Spencer and his caring demeanor.

Huge thanks to Manny for helping me get our at home internet ready to go. Such professionalism and patience is rare these days.

Got a phone for a family member and had great service. Dan was awesome. He knows what he is talking about and gave us great advice. He also is rockin' the Jesus beard.

So far we have always had a great experience. We had a problem with my sons phone no problem. My daughter had a problem with her phone they replaced it and delivered it the next day to her at no charge. We only had one employee that was slow one time but he was new what do you expect.over all a great experience.

Parker was amazing, he went above and beyond and helped me out so much. Absolutely did a fantastic job and super grateful for him helping me out! These guys get the job done.

We stopped by this store today because we were having some problems getting some old phones we had set up for our grandkids. We had been messing with them for several days. Spencer was very helpful and knew what to do to fix our problem. Great staff at this store !!!

It was late Monday and my phone crashed. Manny took extra time to help me, even got a phone from another location and set my phone up and transfer all my data. First rate service and I will refer everyone I know. Thank Manny for great service.

Friendly staff and great service. I appreciate all that they do for their customers. I only wish there was more variety in some of the products available. Overall good experience.
